This is a great feature of a warmlyyours floor. I have two heated floors in my house one in each bathroom. The first floor installed was a Warmly yours and it is great, I get lots of complements from guests and it's so nice not to have to walk across cold tile in the middle of winter. Because it was so nice we decided to install a heated floor in the other room, unfortunatly it wasn't warmly yours. Well I guess something happened during the install and it has never worked so it became a very expensive underlayment. The reason I bring this up is that my bathroom had no power during the installation and my tile setter doesn't normally carry a multi-meter so he had no way to know the heating mat was broken. The circuit checker would have solved this problem, I should have gone with a Warmly Yours floor.
I'm just finishing a finished sun room where the HVAC just doesn't cut it so I will most likely install a heated floor and this time I know which one to buy.
