In-floor sensor, will cycle the system and save you energy as it begins to increase the floor temperature, it will check its progress every 15 minutes but only use the kilowatt-minutes that you need. The SmartStat™ display will show you 1-to-5 heating flames, indicating that for the next 15-minutes it will energize the floor 20%-to-100% of the time. After it reaches the floor temperature that you requested, the in-floor sensor will cycle the system on-&-off and continuously adjust, save energy and only use the kilowatt-hour that you need.
