What do I do if my Mysa brand thermostat is showing "H2" on the display?

The H2 error is a result of the Mysa brand thermostat sensing an open heating circuit. To complete the heater circuit:

• The Mysa’s LOAD 1 connection must make contact with one heater connection;
• And the Mysa’s LOAD 2 (N) wire must make contact with the other heater connection.  There is no polarity in WarmlyYours heating elements.

If these connections are good, please test the heater circuit with a digital ohm meter.
