Our most recent Share Your Story winner is Eric Young, owner of Diablo Designs Tile & Stone, based in San Leandro, Calif.
For the first project that Diablo Designs Tile & Stone worked with WarmlyYours on, the homeowner purchased and supplied LAVA® radiant panels to be used in the house. When Eric and his team ran into a problem installing the system, he took advantage of WarmlyYours 24/7 installation support.
"Their tech line was very helpful and courteous. I felt comfortable with my rep from day one and enjoy[ed] working with her,” he said.
Eric had a great experience with WarmlyYours on that first project and has completed many more radiant heating projects over the years, giving him the opportunity to get to learn more about our products and services, including our free SmartPlan™ design service and radiant floor heating solutions.
" I feel that anyone doing a tile floor installation should consider radiant heating. Whether they choose to use it or not, it is a great resale option for any home," said Eric.

"[I] especially enjoy it during the winter. The best thing about their product over using the warm water [hydronic underfloor heating] is that you have a thinner installation. If anything goes wrong, you can find the break and usually get by with replacing one tile instead of having to remove the whole floor," said Eric.
