The customer service was awesome. We were able to get the right amount of electrical wire for the square footage of the room, the correct type of thermostat & confirm the overall voltage of the system to make sure we didn't overload the circuit which had a blower heater. They were also able to recommend underlayment for our slab in CO (brrr without insulation). Thank you for a great product.
Item Reviewed:From start to finish a truly exceptional experience. My initial request for information was handled by Jenn West, account manager. She patiently answered all my questions and then took the time to understand my renovation project. She designed a floor heat layout that covered all areas of my bathroom, while ensuring heating coils were safely clear of the wax ring of my toilet bowl. My subsequent calls and requests for minor adjustments were handled quickly and thoughtfully. I could not have asked for a better experience.
Item Reviewed:I installed the TempZone Flex Roll 240V 1.5′ x 22′, 33 sq.ft. system in a small bathroom over Cerazorb and under porcelain tile. The whole process went smoothly. In particular, WarmlyYours provided a level of customer service that exceeded all expectations, including prompt response to questions, detailed system layout/design, and easily understood instructions. Now that it is colder weather, we have been using the floor warming system and it performs very well, heating the floor to the set temperature in less than 10 minutes and maintaining that temperature. The system itself is well constructed. We appreciated the backing tape. Only advice I can give installers is to plan on laying a fairly thick mortar under the tile with a sufficient notched trowel to prevent tile uneveness. The Cerazorb was easy to notch to accomodate the thermostat and splices, which are thicker than the heating mat.
Item Reviewed:The prodeso mat and wire kit is a great value! The instructions are thorough and the product is easy to install, even for beginners. Highly recommend.
Item Reviewed:I installed the WarmlyYours floor system in the summer. We haven't used it up till now but winter is now hitting in Iowa and it is AMAZING! The wife loves it and it adds a fantastic amount of warmth to our master bath. Installation was simple and the instructions were top notch! Would recommend to anyone. The key is in the prep work!
Item Reviewed:The floors are operating flawlessly and my boy and my wife's feet are nice and toasty in the morning. Could not say enough about how easy this process is to provide a layout and for WarmlyYours to send you the exact amount of material you need for your installation to be complete. We love the thermostat provided with the set up and the ability to schedule different temperatures at different times in the day. Stop looking elsewhere, this is your one stop shop for electric in-floor heating. And yes I am true customer, not some paid troll or robot. Enjoy!
Item Reviewed:I like everything about the company and their products. I really do mean everything. Ordering was easy, shipping of the products was timely, the products are of high quality, and instructions are thorough and easy to understand. Everything works! The floor is warm and my wife loves it! The Account Manager, Jennifer, is excellent!
Item Reviewed:Overall great experience. This is my third WarmlyYours installation (just a homeowner, not a pro) and the only blip was an apparently random change in the location of the controller made during a design change. Troy sent a correction immediately after I contacted him and everything went together fine. Haven't turned it on yet (still need to grout tiles) but I can tell from experience we're going to love it.
Item Reviewed:The team at WarmlyYours was extremely helpful in both the planning and execution process. We installed the system under tile in our kitchen and bath and were extremely happy with the result. We will definitely buy again when were renovate other portions of our home.
Item Reviewed:We installed Flexrolls under a floating cork flooring in a basement on a concrete slab. Working with the company to determine what we needed couldn't have been better and the product was exactly as promised and easy to install with the installation drawings the company provided. We love it.

Item Reviewed:I bought three custom-size heaters to avoid fogging in the bathroom mirrors, had them installed and they all work flawlessly. Customer service is fantastic and, despite challenging delivery instructions, WarmlyYours delivered.
Item Reviewed:I'm couldn't be more pleased. From the very first email to the end product, customer service is top rate. Installation was a breeze.
Item Reviewed:I had this product installed in my recently renovated bathroom and it’s perfection. A warm floor on a cold day is a real treat, and the whole room is cozy. It’s a small bathroom so the cost was a fraction of the whole project. I don’t notice any increase in my electric bill, but if I did it would be worth it to me since I’m not using the gas-fired (fossil fuel) boiler for that room. Speaking of which, removing the radiator gave me more floor space for a wider vanity. If your vanity is on legs, a tip I have for you is to extend the system about an inch or two under the vanity to keep your toes warm. This is my first heated floor, but when it comes time to replace any other floors of my home, I will definitely install this system. The company was so easy to work with, and Pauline has all the answers you want, including what you don’t know you need. This was also the first time my contractor installed this system, and he had no issues at all after watching the installation video and once he realized he had to set the control to heat “tile” flooring. Be aware that you’ll need to install a dedicated electrical line to the controller. The controller is programmable so that you can set the operational time and the temperature of the heating elements. It’s already cold in NY so I just keep mine on most of the day since I’m working from home. Another plus for me is that this is a woman-owned business. There’s no downside to working with WarmlyYours.
Item Reviewed:I purchased TempZone™ Flex Roll 120V 1.5′ x 70′, 105 sq.ft., 13.2A, TRT120-1.5x70. I installed on top of CeraZorb which was installed on top of concrete slab. The instructions were easy to follow and the installation went very smooth. I would give 5 stars except the tape would not stay stuck into the CeraZorb and I had to use hot glue to keep the roll down. I also purchased the nSpire Touch: Touch Thermostat Programmable, which I love. The touch screen makes it so easy to program.
Item Reviewed:WarmlyYours was great to work with start to finish. They always got back to me quickly making sure I understood the product and install. I would put this floor heat down again in a heartbeat!!
Item Reviewed:We have only had the chance to use it during the last storm~not complaining about that at all. The heated sidewalk worked just as it had been represented. Melted the snow enough to make it easy to remove & when it froze later, turning the heat on for a few hours took care of it. Very happy with this purchase.
Item Reviewed:Product worked as expected and the customer service is fantastic. I just needed the cable but they called me to confirm that I was not missing any items for my project.
Item Reviewed:The mirror heating elements work very well, they were easy to order, easy to wire and install and we think they are great. I'd seen these in some upper end hotels in Europe so when we built our house I had to have them. The ordering and shipping from WarmlyYours went very smooth - it was a good experience.
Item Reviewed:Overall i am satisfied with the product and service. I have installed and it is working . Even Better if: Better guidance in the installation guide on self levelling concrete. This stage in the process gets one or two lines in the guide. Actually it was challenging and fairly expensive. I had about 400 square feet and it required about 22 50 lb sacks of concrete, three men and a day of effort to pour. I hadnt budgeted for this level of effort. The guide instructs that wires be a minimum of three inches apart but given length sent this separation was difficult to achieve and also i counted the separation units used in the cable guide in the instruction video and followed this and this was very tight and difficult to achieve separation on long cable runs
