WarmlyYours’ 25-Year No Nonsense™ Warranty is the most comprehensive warranty in the industry. In the event of a defect, we cover not only the repair or replacement of the TempZone™ system, but ALSO any labor costs AND flooring materials required to perform the repair. We do not cover the cost of flooring that needs to be replaced in the event of a repair necessitated due to damage. If a product is damaged by a power surge, that would not be covered by our warranty
Warranty lengths vary depending on the model of the towel warmer, please refer to the warranty card for more information. If the heated towel rack is defective or damaged and it was not a result of misuse or misapplication, WarmlyYours will replace the towel heater. The warranty registration card can be accessed from the individual towel warmer's Warranty Page and must be completed and submitted online to qualify for warranty coverage. For the Floor Heating Systems:
The TempZone™ Shower Floor Heating Mat is covered by ourWarmlyYours’ 25-Year No Nonsense™ Warranty. In the event of a defect, we cover not only the repair or replacement of the TempZone™ system, but also any labor and materials required to perform the repair.
The nSpire Touch is covered by a 3-year limited warranty.
For the Pro GEN II Shower Waterproofing Kits:
Pro GEN II shower waterproofing materials come with a a lifetime limited warranty.

Discontinued items carry the same warranty duration as their original new counterparts. If a warranty replacement is needed but equivalent stock is no longer available due to a supplier shift, you’ll receive a full refund of the original amount paid, or you can apply that amount as a store credit toward a current alternative item.
