International Orders (Outside of North America)

WarmlyYours is pleased to support international customers. Please review the following policies that apply specifically to orders shipped outside of North America:

Payment Terms:

All international orders must be paid 100% in advance via wire transfer only. No other payment methods are accepted for international transactions.

Return Policy:

Returns of non-custom items are accepted; however, they are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee based on the total order value. Custom, used/damaged, or non-resalable (as determined by WarmlyYours) products are non-returnable.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):

International orders are not eligible for advance RMA replacements. All products must be paid in full prior to shipment. If a return is requested, a credit will be issued only after:

Support is limited to phone support (1-800-875-5285). 24/7 support is available in English, with Spanish and French support available by appointment 8:30 to 5:30 CST.

Warranty support for faulty products is limited to replacement only and all shipping is at the customer’s cost.
