I have been using the WarmlyYours In Floor Heating System in my house's kitchen and half bath for 7 years. My family absolutely loves it and I can confirm it is the most efficient in floor heating system I know of. It is unbelievable how fast it heats the tile up. The way the WarmlyYours engineers incorporated the Cerazorp insulation into the design to stop the heat going into the concrete slab below "a large heatsink" was genius. I do not see this design with other in floor heating systems which did not make sense to purchase. I am extremely thrilled I chose WarmlyYours. We are very pleased with the entire experience. World class support from start to finish. Highly - Recommended!
Jeff was really helpful. After following his advice/instruction it was determined that I needed a new thermostat. Received the new device quickly and installed. Everything seems to be good now. Much thanks to Jeff and the great customer service from WarmlyYours.

We contacted WarmlyYours on Thanksgiving and our call was promptly answered. He walked us through what the issue could be (it was the thermostat) and followed up until we told him the problem was resolved.
I had a problem with a thermostat or the heating element in a heated tile floor. Jeff at WarmlyYours was extremely helpful with helping me with diagnostics to check the floor element and the thermostat. He sent follow up emails as well as calling back to help. Fantastic customer service!!

I installed (DYI) 2 WarmlyYours floors (bathrooms) in 2007 and never had a problem. One controller started to act up so I replaced both because of their age. Awesome tech support (truly 24/7) and easy to install hardware. I even received a phone AND email confirmation when the parts shipped. I wish all businesses were this customer orientated.
I had a technical question about the performance of the floor with different types of flooring and the gentleman had full knowledge of it and answered my questions very quickly

Jeff made himself available more than once (user friendly). He covered potential problems and answered my questions as I learned accurately so that the problem was resolved and I now enjoy my warming mat. One for the good guy !!!
Thanks so much!! After the webinar I went back and redid the testing per the explanation in the webinar and it turned out I didn't have a short. The GFI fault was in the old thermostat and putting in a new one fixed the problem!! No ripping up slate tile. So now my feet are warm again just in time for winter. Thanks for the great support!!
