All international orders must be paid 100% in advance via wire transfer only. No other payment methods are accepted for international transactions.
Returns of non-custom items are accepted; however, they are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee based on the total order value. Custom, used/damaged, or non-resalable (as determined by WarmlyYours) products are non-returnable.
International orders are not eligible for advance RMA replacements. All products must be paid in full prior to shipment. If a return is requested, a credit will be issued only after:
