Mark Your Package
Write your RMA number clearly and legibly on the outside of the return box.

Ship the Product
Return shipping costs are at your expense for satisfaction, remorse, or installation-error returns. We cover shipping for damaged-in-transit replacements.

We Process & Refund
We typically process returns within one week of receiving the product. Refunds go back to your original payment method; the timeline depends on your bank or financial institution. Account holders on terms receive a credit on file.
Refund Amounts
100% Refund
If the item is in resalable condition: original labeling intact, not permanently altered (e.g., not cut), and includes all original parts and components — and the product is still actively sold by WarmlyYours.
50% Off Replacement
If the item is damaged or broken and deemed non-resalable by WarmlyYours staff, we'll offer 50% off the retail price of replacement items.
Advance Replacement
Need your replacement before you return the original? WarmlyYours can ship a replacement immediately for damaged items, incorrect shipments, or delayed deliveries — as long as we have a credit card on file. You have 30 days to return the original order. Failing to do so will result in your credit card being charged for the replacement. For accounts on terms, a credit card or new purchase order is required.
Missing or Damaged-in-Transit Items
Report any missing or damaged items within 14 calendar days of your delivery date. Items reported in time will be replaced free of charge — we'll cover shipping using the same method as your original order.
For Custom-Made items damaged in transit, we'll do our best to replace them within a reasonable time frame based on production time.
Final Sale — Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and non-refundable (except for damage-in-transit, covered above):

This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from WarmlyYours. If you purchased from a third-party (Amazon, Home Depot, Houzz, a contractor, dealer, or installer), please refer to that seller's return policy.
All refurbished and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
Warranty coverage:
Both item types carry the same warranty duration as their new counterparts. In the event of a warranty failure:
- WarmlyYours will make its best effort to replace the item with an equivalent unit while stock is available. Refurbished items are replaced with another refurbished unit of the same product — not a new item.
- If no replacement stock is available, the customer receives a full refund of the original amount paid, or may apply that amount as a credit toward the purchase of another item.

No restocking fees — ever. There is also no time limit on returns for eligible standard products (excluding Advance Replacement exchanges, which must be returned within 30 days).
However, the following categories are strictly final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Refurbished items — final sale. Covered by warranty only; see warranty failure policy.
- Clearance items — final sale. Covered by warranty only; see warranty failure policy.
- Discontinued products — no longer sold by WarmlyYours and not eligible for return.
- Custom-Made products — including TempZone Custom Mats and cut-to-order cable.
If you are unsure whether your product falls into one of these categories, contact us before attempting a return.
For returns due to customer satisfaction, remorse, or a damaged installation, return shipping to our warehouse is at your expense. WarmlyYours covers shipping costs only when replacing items damaged or lost in transit.

Generally, no. Custom-Made products — including TempZone Custom Mats and cut-to-order self-regulating cable — are final sale and non-refundable because they are manufactured specifically for your project. The only exception is if the item was damaged in transit; in that case, we will do our best to replace it.
No — refurbished and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged outside of a warranty claim. They do carry the same warranty duration as new products, so if a warranty issue arises, contact us and we'll work to make it right.
We'll make our best effort to replace it with an equivalent refurbished unit of the same product. Refurbished items are not swapped for new ones. If no replacement stock is available, you'll receive a full refund of the original amount paid or a credit to apply toward another purchase.

No. If you used a financing service, any interest already paid on the order will not be reimbursed as part of the return. The refund covers only the cost of the product itself.
