Easy to install and has worked fine ever since. The installation continuity meter was a waste. I found that using a multimeter to check the resistance was much simpler.

As a home owner, I installed electric radiant heat mesh from WarmlyYours under my bathroom tiles in two baths. This towel warmer is incredible.
This towel warmer is incredible. We have set it to turn on an hour before we get up and the towels are always toasty! It stays on for an hour after we shower so they are never damp or mildewy. We use bath sheets (larger than standard towels) so the ends would hang off the bottom of this warmer and get cold, so we wrap the towel completely around the rack and they are thoroughly warmed. Installation wasn’t the easiest. The warmer required studs on both sides which meant adding additional 2x4s behind our wall. Once we had everything wired and built, the actual mounting was simple enough. Overall, I am pleased with this product and would recommend it.

Best thing ever for my master bath!
Best thing ever for my master bath! Toasty towels are a real treat this winter, and I am now thinking of purchasing another unit for the down-stairs bath. I have also used the towel warmer for drying delicate clothing items and "fat quarters" of fabric (I am a quilter). I wish that it were about 4" wider, to hold 2 of my largest bath towels.

Overall it's very good
Overall it's very good. I guess few things are perfect. This is such a luxury item that I feel guilty pointing this out but since you're asking, 1) There is a clicking noise when it turns on. 2) there's pockets of coldness here and there on the floor.

Logo Tape
As for the placement and install layout everything went very nicely. My only concern was with the white logo tape that holds the heating element to the mesh. When you skim coated the floor after the mat was installed with modified thin set it did not stick to the plastic logo tape. That could be an issue if you were using small floor tiles.

Exactly what I was looking for.
Pleased with the product and even more with your helpful service. Great doing business with you. I applied the cork on the wall behind my new refrigerator, using it as a sound absorber. I really don't have a before and after comparison, but just enjoy knowing that I made an effort to dampen the sound and found the product easy to cut and affix to the wall. The 1/4 inch thickness was satisfactory. Thanks for guiding me to finding and purchasing the underlayment. It's exactly what I was looking for. By the way, I have the same material on the wall behind my desk, and it makes a great bulletin board. I'm happy to have done business with you.

Recommend this system over any other system
I am a tile installer in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. I have installed several different in-floor heat systems. WarmlyYours is by far the most user-friendly system for both install and operation. The thermostat has a very readable display, sleek design, and very easy operation system. Programming the system is a simple push of a couple buttons and you have a program for the week for your morning or night routine. The floor sensor is also a very easy install mainly due to its low profile. I highly recommend this system over any other system on the market. I did have an issue with one thermostat wire and after a quick couple minute call to a sales representative the problem was resolved without having to order any special parts. The customer service was VERY impressive with the knowledge of every detail of their product and also by far one of the most polite and personable services I have talked to in a long time.

WarmlyYours is hands down the best!
I am a tile installer in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area and this product is amazing! I have installed several other in-floor heat systems and this is by far the easiest to work with and install. WarmlyYours is the only company that I have found actually gives a floor plan with a diagram showing how to lay out the heat system. Other electric systems simply give you a cord that is a set length and covers an approximate square footage. You as the installer have to install the wire fastening system to the floor yourself, and then guess at how far to space the wire; thus producing a lot of frustration and wasted time at the end when the heat wire needs to be removed and re-installed to make the length work out properly. I can set a 9'x6' area with WarmlyYours in approximately 2 hours. This includes pouring self-leveling mortar over the system. With other systems I can spend almost double that just setting the wire in place. There is no other in-floor heat system that I would rather use! WarmlyYours is hands down the best!

System works great! My biggest complaint is that there is not an indicator light on the panel that shows when it is operating. I would feel much better if I knew that the system was not wasting energy due to a faulty temperature/moisture sensor.

Works perfectly
Overly complex for my needs :) but works perfectly. I only use a couple of buttons... but it's nice to have the extra options. For the price it's worth having the choice later on.
