Easy to buy and install.
WarmlyYours made a recommendation based on the room dimensions, subfloor and finished flooring. It was spot on. Directions were straight forward. Materials were pretty easy to install. My room is on a slab and was always chilly in the winter. The room is now evenly comfortable.

I purchased TempZone™ Flex Roll 120V 1.5′ x 70′, 105 sq.ft., 13.2A, TRT120-1.5x70. I installed on top of CeraZorb which was installed on top of concrete slab. The instructions were easy to follow and the installation went very smooth. I would give 5 stars except the tape would not stay stuck into the CeraZorb and I had to use hot glue to keep the roll down. I also purchased the nSpire Touch: Touch Thermostat Programmable, which I love. The touch screen makes it so easy to program.

Very prompt assistance. When the design called for a kit that did not appear in the drop down menu on Costco.ca, WY set up to sell and ship me the kit directly. When I later discovered that the uncoupling membrane had different spacing than the design, WY was able to redesign my layout and facilitated my exchange for a longer cable at their warehouse. Install went great. Instructions were very clear. I am now enjoying warm tile flooring in our renovated bathroom.

I was a little skeptical about putting electric floor heating in, especially when it said that it is not to be the main heating. Everything was so easy, and we had it installed in two days! The electricity went out one evening, and my renters said it got so cold, and that the floor heating really made a difference. WarmlyYours made ordering easy! Everything we needed was there! Glad we did it through WarmlyYours and not trying to figure it out on our own. Thanks so much!

We are very happy with our WarmlyYours heated floor. The WarmlyYours Staff was very easy to work with and helpful! The installation was fairly easy and it works beautifully! Love it!!! We have a heated floor on our main level of the house from another company. It was very expensive, and parts have stopped working. Our new WarmlyYours floor was installed by my husband and works great so far!!! Highly recommend.

I Researched every electric floor heating product available. I am an Electrical Contractor so I understand when someone is trying to BS me when it comes to electrical application. so after talking with many of the competitive floor heat manufacturers and suppliers I found myself over whelmed and Frustrated. I had sales people lying to me to sell their product. When I talked with WarmlyYours they answered the call and addressed every question I had and when they didn't know the answer they conferenced in some one who could answer it.
