Thoughtful Reconfiguration & Upgraded Amenities
To accommodate a double vanity, the design cleverly reclaimed space from an adjacent hallway linen closet and bedroom closet. Additional storage came via a recessed niche with wood shelving. The bulky radiator was removed in favor of luxurious in-floor radiant heating—bringing both warmth and visual clarity to the space. A Modern Tribute to Vintage Elegance
Respecting the home’s heritage, we balanced classic and contemporary elements. Crisp white subway tile lines the walls, anchoring the design with timeless simplicity. Vintage octagon-and-dot floor tile brings nostalgic flair, while wood‑look laminate counters, a soft gray vanity, and matching floating shelves add warmth and cohesion.
