This beautifully enclosed sunroom in Crystal Lake, IL was transformed into a comfortable, livable space throughout all four seasons with the help of a WarmlyYours TempZone™ radiant floor heating system. Spanning 222 square feet, the room sits elevated from the ground—posing installation challenges that were easily overcome with a custom SmartPlan™ layout and expert execution by Scott Skiermanski, president of Stoneridge Builders Inc.

Electric radiant heat was the perfect solution for this project, delivering powerful, even warmth without disrupting the home’s existing structure. The installation was fast and efficient, with the heating system fully installed in less than a day. Foam insulation in the subfloor, walls, and ceiling enhanced the heating performance for maximum comfort.

After the job was complete, Scott revisited the space mid-winter and found the homeowners thrilled with the results.
