When James and Anne Church purchased their 100-year-old fixer-upper in a historic Washington D.C. neighborhood, they saw an opportunity to restore charm and comfort to a long-neglected home. After living with plumbing issues and an outdated radiator in the upstairs bathroom for two years, the couple decided to completely renovate the space. With the help of WarmlyYours radiant heating, they replaced the bulky radiator with TempZone™ Easy Mats installed under tile flooring, reclaiming both square footage and design flexibility.

The radiant floor heating system, custom-designed to accommodate the bathroom’s unique layout and clawfoot tub, delivered reliable warmth and energy efficiency.
