When our 14-year-old WarmlyYours floor went cold, Jenn West saved the day by suggesting a new thermostat. She provided links, videos, and live technical support (in Spanish, if necessary!) in case our electrician struggled. With all that great support, our electrician replaced the thermostat quickly and easily and our floors are warm and wonderful again (and should stay toasty for another 14-15 years).
