Very good towel warmer
This towel warmer was the prefect size for our space. It does a great job warming towels with enough lead time. Wish it came in brushed finish rather than polished. Also it came with the wrong wall mounts. Customer service was very cooperative in replacing with the correct parts at no charge.
Excellent Product and Service
When our thermostat failed (out of warranty), I reached out to WarmlyYours. They immediately sent out a new thermostat at a significant price reduction. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and reliable. The online videos were excellent and we easily installed the new thermostat. I was amazed at how quickly we were able to get our floors heating again.
Excellent Company
Recently had to replace my my floor warmer thermostat. I contacted WarmlyYours to order a new one. My encounter withe the staff was the best I have ever had dealing with a warranty. Replaces my thermostat with a newer model with a discount. Receiver thermostat in a few days with easy installation instructions. Great people to deal with and an excellent company! Jim K

I had to purchase a replacement for my floor thermostat. I went online, placed and paid for my order. Simple. The next day, I received a call from a WarmlyYours representative stating that she noticed that I was already in their system. She said that since this was a replacement part, I was entitled to a 50% discount. How many companies would be that thoughtful? What an example of this company's character and the way they value their customers.

Warming element
If I wait 35-45 minutes then the stone table gets less cold where the element is attached. I was hoping there would be more of an effect.

WarmlyYours FeelsWarm® Countertop Heaters utilize slow-rise heating elements so that the heating element does not become excessively hot or unsafe. Consequently, the temperature of the stone countertop may take 1 to 1 1/2 hours to warm to the level that the heater delivers. Many of our customers leave the unit on 24 hours a day because of this.

We chose this company because of their warranty. We will stay with this company for the service. The product was relatively easy to install under tile flooring. The warm floor makes the master bath feel so inviting and warms the room from the bottom up, it sits along two outside walls with two 4' x 4' windows and used to be so chilly. I will recommend this company and their products to anyone wanting to feel a bit of luxury in their home.

Helpful support
Very prompt assistance. When the design called for a kit that did not appear in the drop down menu on Costco.ca, WY set up to sell and ship me the kit directly. When I later discovered that the uncoupling membrane had different spacing than the design, WY was able to redesign my layout and facilitated my exchange for a longer cable at their warehouse. Install went great. Instructions were very clear. I am now enjoying warm tile flooring in our renovated bathroom.
Master Bath heated floor
We are very happy with our WarmlyYours heated floor. The WarmlyYours Staff was very easy to work with and helpful! The installation was fairly easy and it works beautifully! Love it!!! We have a heated floor on our main level of the house from another company. It was very expensive, and parts have stopped working. Our new WarmlyYours floor was installed by my husband and works great so far!!! Highly recommend.
Nice product and helpful people
It's a nice option to be able to install heat under a floating floor in a basement and it was a very easy install. Troy was very helpful and knowledgeable and he answered all my questions before my purchase to ensure it was installed correctly with the proper materials.
Terrific product
I love both the look AND the feel of my porcelain tile floors thanks to this product. My contractor had no issue installing the WarmlyYours floor heating system (he recommended it to us) and it has worked exactly as promised. The programmable thermostat is simple to operate and allows me take advantage of the energy savings by turning the floor down when not in use. I can always override if I want the floor a little warmer for when I exit the shower. This was out second bathroom renovation and we now have WarmlyYours installed in both bathrooms. I would not hesitate to purchase this product again and will do so if any other opportunities present.

Fairly easy to install , bars heat to approximately 140 f but are space too far apart to heat towel uniformly . To get desired results you need to switch on at least 30 min. before shower .
