The pre-cut valuemat was the perfect size for our project. It arrived in perfect condition and the instructions were clear. We were using the mat for an atypical installation (heated counter top) and had no challenges with the installation. Best of all, it works perfectly!

Great product! Does work better for new construction because of the need for power. But I put it in an existing bathroom during a refurb.

Absolutely love the towel warmer. It's great to have a warm towel ready as well as drying them inbetween showers.
My wife and I really enjoy the heated floor and installation of the radiant heat floor was not complicated. Planning was the key. We laid the floor out and made sure lengths were correct before we installed. The one drawback was the complicated format for the thermostat. I have used a 7-day thermostat for our furnace and air conditioner and it was much less complicated. After some trial and error, I have it working fine. We wake up and go to sleep with warm feet.
Fantastically easy product to work with and install. Excellent directions, helpful support, reasonably priced and works as advertised. What else could you ask for.

I am a DYI homeowner and found the installation very straight forward. I ordered the product directly from WarmlyYours web site. I emailed a fairly crude floor plan and WarmlyYours returned a CGI floor plan. My only complaint was the circuit check device was faulty that gave false readings. That said the customer service was the best I have ever had. I talked to several persons and everyone was very helpful. Since it is warm now I have only been test the floor warming, big test is next winter. Great product and better customer service.
My wife has fibromyalgia so the cold tile floor bothered her terribly, but with WarmlyYours radiant heat she is no longer bothered. Thank you.

    Inclusion of this device is thoughtful, but it really isn't of much assistance. If installing yourself, go out and get a real circuit tester before beginning your project
As far as I know, the circuit check worked just fine while installing. My electrician had not issues with it.
I used a meter to do my checks as I went along with no problems at all.
    The product came within a few days and was very easy to replace. So far it is working like a charm. Thanks for the easy problem solving to deduce that it was the thermostat. Jim

Overall I am satisfied with the entire product. Nice warm floor. However, the thermostat makes a clicking noise when it kicks on/off that is rather loud. This is in our master bath and you normally would not hear it, except at night when all is quiet. I had some choices as to where to place this thermostat prior to installation. No one said anything about the clicking noise. After installation I spoke to someone and they told me - it is part of the design and nothing can be done. In essence they knew about it prior to the installation. I placed the thermostat right inside the door in the hallway where the clicking can be heard more. If I had know this, I could have place the thermostat around the corner and perhaps the sound would not be so bothersome. But overall the floor is working as it should. If I could change this one item, It would a 10 out of 10. As it is, it drops to a 7 out of 10. Thanks
We love our radiant heating, but the thermostat seems to kick off and display "GFI" for no apparent reason. when this happens the plug that it's wired to still works fine, but it makes me do a test to reset it. It is quite irritating.
