Great Staff
During the ordering process I was contacted multiple times to make sure the product I was getting was exactly what I needed. The switch cover came damaged as it appeared to be put on a little too tightly and it cracked. The staff were more than happy to send me a replacement. I purchased these in the winter to have on hand for spring when they will be installed so I can’t speak to how well they work at this time. I’d definitely order from them again though just based on the customer service I’ve received.

Great addition to our floor heater
Accessing our floor heater settings via an iPhone is nice, but not necessarily needed. However, having access to the kWh usage is invaluable. Just making a small change in temperature and heating time intervals has significantly reduced our electrical usage for heating our floors. Once you've experienced heated tile flooring it's hard to go back to cold floors.

Essential and Beautifully Functional Addition to our Bathroom
This is my second WarmlyYours towel warmer I've personally installed in our home's bathrooms. Aside from hickups in terms of the wrong mounting hardware supplied with the device itself (which WarmlyYours immediately corrected via Fedex) and despite hideously poor Delivery delays care of USPS over the holidays, actual installation was a breeze. Just remember to mount at least one side of the towel warmer on a vertical stud, and be sure to incorporate GFCI either in proximity to the device or at the main circuit breaker panel. Cheers,

Quick delivery
I called and spoke to a salesperson who suggested the model that would replace my old thermostat. I offered to drive out to the office, but was told that they can drop it in the mail before closing. It arrived at my home the following day. I had it installed and it worked perfectly. In addition, it is a much nicer looking device than the one it replaced. I even got a follow up call to make sure everything was satisfactory. The customer service and the product were both outstanding.

We love our under counter warmer. We have a soapstone counter and it can be cold, but now it's very warm. It improves the overall kitchen experience significantly.

Towel warmer for small space.
It works well and it fits our small space. The design part with the brackets could use some redesign. It was tricky to install and hold in place at the same time. Once installed it works well. It is nice to have warm, dry towels.

Excellent; install guide, cautions, how to videos. Everything works great! My only suggestion would be to flatten the connection and insulation materials at the heating element/cold lead, as this creates a hump and requires a much thicker bed of thin set under the heated floor. My floor had thickness requirements for a door opening radius and drainage.

I Researched every electric floor heating product available. I am an Electrical Contractor so I understand when someone is trying to BS me when it comes to electrical application. so after talking with many of the competitive floor heat manufacturers and suppliers I found myself over whelmed and Frustrated. I had sales people lying to me to sell their product. When I talked with WarmlyYours they answered the call and addressed every question I had and when they didn't know the answer they conferenced in some one who could answer it. No delay no Back and forth and no BS. They designed my system (800 Sq Ft with 5 zones ) within a couple days, I placed the order and had my product within a week. Now my system is installed works perfectly and am very pleased with my choice. WarmlyYours is by far the best electric Floor heating company by far. Just What I Needed
I needed a small area heated to melt snow that comes off the roof by our front door. The 3x5 mat was just right. The website write-up was accurate, ie I got just what I expected. It was easy to install (wiring can be the trickiest part, but that's not a WarmlyYours issue -- I wired it to an inside manual switch). All in all, it was what I needed, easy to install, one or two phone discussions were helpful, and it works great.

Underwhelmed by the Warmly Yours Towel Warmer
My husband convinced me to put a towel warmer in our master bath, thinking that our towels would be nice and warm when we left the shower. However, the towels barely get room temp. The warmer itself gets warm but the towels barely change temp. We have even set it on the timer. Would not recommend this product.
“\We are sorry to hear that the towels don't warm to the level you would like. Ensure that unit is energized for more than 30 min to achieve a desired effect. In addition to the steps you tried, try folding the towel over or unfold it to experiment, also try a thicker towel (it traps more heat, resulting in higher surface temperatures), a different fabric (cotton vs. blends), leave the towel warmer on longer before the shower (thicker towel plus longer heating time), or place a second towel on the warmer to trap more heat. Also towel cools off too fast after it's taken off of the rail.”
Great System
Love the WarmlyYours systems. The anti fracture mat make for a perfect subfloor and easy customizable install of the heating wire coil and sensors. Definitely my first choice when it comes to heated floors!
