Amazing product. And great customer service
Item Reviewed:The system works well. The ordered 21' was actually only 20'. Furthermore, due to the complex freeform layout the overall length should have been 22", so we had to work with what we had, which iy heats alright. Thanks for your support.
Item Reviewed:Well made, easy to install! Would recommend this product highly - quality through out
Item Reviewed:We have been using "WarmlyYours" floor warmers for a few years now and these folks know what they are doing. Plans are always spot on and easy instructions are always included as well. Could not think of using anyone else for our floor warmers.
Item Reviewed:Top notch customer service, sales and tech support. App works in portrait mode only, so any mounted iPads must be done vertically.
Item Reviewed:warm floor went in on May 1st and went smoothly. The inspection passed--- seems to be working well. Thanks for the follow up.
Item Reviewed:Two minor issues: 1 -- The screwdriver that comes with the squealer is flat, the screws are Phillips. 2-- The layout of the cable was off by 20 feet. not a big issue as I was able to cover the entire area after back laying the cable.
Dear Lloyd, Thank you for your review. The screws used in the Circuit Check are a combination phillips and flat head screw. The flat head actually gets a better grip of the screw. Because of the design of the terminal assembly, the flat head screwdriver will not slip off the screw head. That's why the flathead screwdriver is supplied. The cable layout is designed by our design team in Computer-Aided Software, most of the time the discrepancies in cable layout are caused by slightly incorrect measurements provided to us, which subsequently will cause the amount of given cable to be too short/too long for the area.
all good as usual
Item Reviewed:Love our towel warmer! Looks and works perfectly!
Item Reviewed:The towel warmer seems to be well made. We had originally ordered a Metropolitan and only found out later that it had a low IP rating which made it unsafe to mount in the only space we had. It would also be useful to provide a template to ensure that mounting hardware is installed correctly.
Item Reviewed:Always a piece of cake
Item Reviewed:We build custom homes for people, and everything needs to be connected and controllable. Though this is one item that I convince the client to go analog. I tell them to set the floor at the temp they want and forget it. In the winter it runs and in the summer it doesn't. The manual controller has a clean look and does an amazing job of keeping the floor at just the right temp.
Item Reviewed:All good but tape seemed to cause some springiness and did not lay perfectly flat as usual. But minor inconvenience during install.
Item Reviewed:Pedro was a great help - design turn around was quick and very detailed. Thank you.
Item Reviewed:Ordered two towel warmers for our renovation project and they arrived on time in perfect condition - i'll be happy to update this review with more details once they are installed and we have tried them out!

Item Reviewed:I got these for a couple different reasons. I was told Far Infrared has some therapeutic detox properties, and I wanted a way to lessen my dependence on my HVAC system which dries the air in my house. I have a couple of cold spots I wanted to address, and hoped these would do it. I'm really pleased to say they do a great job! I installed one under the kitchen counter on the wall facing the back door and windows. The wall panel heats up the granite counter top, wall and flooring, eventually reaching the wall and windows 8' away. There's a distinct difference in the temperature of the wall closest to this wall panel and the wall on the other side of the back door. I installed the second in my office next to the windows, so it heats up the wall, windows, blinds, and furniture. It does a nice job taking the chill off that 10'x12' space. I should mention that while these wall panels do heat up the surrounding surfaces, the surrounding surfaces are never too hot to touch. These come with a warning that the glass of the wall panels shouldn't be touched while in use. I had some reservations about the heat these generate marring the paint and/or drywall, but the cool metal backing, and spacing, is doing a great job of protecting my home. The third picture I've uploaded shows that gap. I also had some reservations about using these around my curious cats. I've been pleased that while my cats are enjoying lounging in the warm spots these create, they haven't tried to touch them. The installation was pretty easy. I would have loved for the brackets on the back to be spaced so I could have mounted these on studs as opposed to using the included anchors, but the anchors appear sufficient to bear the weight. Spackling will be sufficient to repair the holes if I ever decide to move them. If you're going to mount them on a wall adjacent to waterlines, like I did, please be sure to use a stud finder that will tell you where the water lines are. The main reason I love these is they do heat up a space and they are quiet since they don't have a fan. I put mine on a countdown timer, which you can see in the first pic so I don't have to remember to turn them off when the house gets warm in the afternoon.
