Great product
The product was very easy to install. If there is one glitch it is the electrical connection inside the mat. While the mat is only 1/8 inch which I love the connection is double that. I am doing the tiling tomorrow so we see if it has any bearing on the tile install. I will definitely use this product again.
Hi Brian, Thank you for the kind review. To address your concern, while the splice is thicker than the majority of the mat/wire, this thickness difference is typically balanced out by the mortar coverings and should not affect the final floor height level. If you are concerned it may present a height issue, then it is suggested to cut, or chip, a recessed notch in the floor. Please let me know how it goes. Julia Billen (Owner)

WarmlyYours makes a great product with great customer support. I uploaded a floor plan for our new bathroom, and within a day I received a customized installation layout which made it easy to do the installation myself. Having the heating element attached to the mesh minimizes the need to run individual cables.

Outstanding support every step of the way. Customized installation plan based on the floor plan I provided made the installation process a breeze. I received a note from the support team shortly after the product was delivered, but I never needed to reach out to them because it was all so well documented. I just installed the thermostat today, and it was easy to set up and use. Looking forward to some cool weather so I can really appreciate the warm bathroom floor.

Couldn't have asked for better service. Jennifer worked with me on my project, right from the very first quote and while a lot of things changed through the course of the project, I had excellent support all along, accommodating all the changes and providing prompt support all along. Even with returns that I had to make unfortunately, Jennifer and the team were fully understanding and prompt with the transactions. One of those rare companies that seem to value customer satisfaction more than just making money on each customer in the short run. Having installed several WarmlyYours products in the rest of the house, we used it for our basement bathroom reno. With basement floors being cold, and having limited vents, the floor heat makes the bathroom cozy. Installation was easy.

After many discussions with my Canadian Rep Pauline, who was very helpful in helping me find the right product, my heating rolls arrived within the week. My Environ Flex Roll was so easy to intall with all the website videos and the amazing Tech support. I originally thought I could install on a ceramic tile floor and then I read the instructions!! I phoned tech support and they actually answered my question! No COVID waiting and waiting and waiting, no "due to the high call volume...", they answerd the phone after three rings...and they had the answer to my question and it was Saturday!!! I am very impressed and highly reccomend the product and the service that comes with it.

I was very hesitant at first to use this system because of past problems with other electric floor heat systems. But my sales rep Mary was exceptionally helpful and accessible by phone and email. She guided me and answered all my questions efficiently. She also helped me redesign the wiring layout quickly and effectively due to some changes in our layout. I'm very happy with this system and will definitely use the WarmlyYours Floor system again on my next project.
