Are FLOR Carpet Squares compatible with EFH? FLOR carpet squares have a pre-attached pad and come in different thicknesses.
FLOR needs a flat subfloor, so it should be installed over TZ encased in SLC. We recommend an r-value of 1 or less as a floor covering. According to Heather at FLOR Customer Support:
FLOR carpet products have an R-value of 1.5 and higher, and is not recommended for EFH.
