I called WarmlyYours with an issue regarding my heated floor. They quickly determined my 15-year-old thermostat was no longer working, sent one to me within a week and gave me the contact information of someone who could install it. My floor is up and running!

I bought the updated thermostat to replace the old one that was no longer working in my customer's home. Their videos helped me diagnose the problem. The install was super straight forward. Their customer service is legit. I don't have heated floors in my home, but am putting them in my bathroom later this year. I will for sure use the WarmlyYours system, no question.

The thermostat I wanted was delivered the same week I ordered it. The device is directly connected to the power line as opposed to lead wires from the device - like my previous one whose lead wires burnt out.

Shipping was not real fast, but once I received it, the installation was a breeze and my floors are warm again. We installed a WarmlyYours system in 2008 during a major kitchen remodel and have found the company to provide excellent customer and technical support. Since then we have had two minor issues, one was a thermostat that failed and solid state contactors that failed in Jan 2025. Jeff in tech support helped me quickly diagnose the failed contactors and send me clear instructions on how to replace. I suspect in both cases our electric coop may have contributed to both issues due to power surges related to severe weather. My experience with WarmlyYours from design, installation guidance and ongoing customer support has been great and I have found their system works well.

The company was easy to deal with, had great and responsive customer service. Just powered up the floor today. It sits under self levelling cement and floor tile and took a couple of hours to warm from 19C to 28C.
