Our WarmlyYours original thermostat in our master bath stopped working after 14 years so we replaced it last month with a new one that is so much easier to program. Thank you for the updated version!

We purchased a refurbished unit to control the underfloor heat in our bathroom. The product arrived promptly, was easy to install, and has been working flawlessly for months.
The thermostat works but feels cheap... bottom piece of plastic broke off during installation just by loosening the screw to open the face plate.
As always, service from WarmlyYours was terrific. The product, however, is not that great. It actually broke during installation, the plastic piece on the bottom broke when loosening the screw. I was able to install it without this piece as I didn't want to bother replacing and reinstalling but it feels pretty cheap. Surprising as former models of the thermostat were very well made.
We purchased our bathroom tile floor heating pad over 23 years ago. It was worked perfect for the entire time. One day I noticed the floor was not warm, needless to say the wife's toes getting cold is not good for anyone....lol Working with WarmlyYours, Jeff helped me determine that it was the thermostat that was not working. After 23 years they still considered us a loyal customer and gave us a 50% discount toward a new thermostat. Jeff also sent me all the documents needed to install the new thermostat. Never had 1 recall or trouble from 10 years of installations. only con would be the towel warmer, even though it is high quality and strong, I found the mounting hardware a bit flimsy and unforgiving (not to mention the plastic wall plugs which provide no grip in drywall. Precisely measuring all mounting points, the unit ended up crooked (even though a lazer level was used for mounting positions. Diagonally measuring the mounting points was nearly 3/4" off AND the mounting feet have 0 forgiveness, and will leave marks on the finished paint on the walls. Shame there was not a larger mounting plate. The position of hexhead screws are 3/8 from wall and clumsy to tighten without more markings on finished paint. side note, it gets hot, too hot in my opinion

Very easy to install and use
I purchased 2 heated flooring kits for a double bathroom renovation. I was happy with the correspondence from the company, the price was fair and the layout they supplied for running the cable was extremely helpful. Product came in 2 days after order was placed. My clients are happy and so I will be using this product for our next renovation.

My heated floor quit working and I missed it. I contacted WarmlyYours chat function and was told the thermostat needed to be replaced if there was power and it was blank. I ordered the replacement thermostat at a discounted price and it arrived within a couple of days. Customer service was excellent in the ordering process and talking to the installing electrician to help with troubleshooting the heated floor. Mary G was especially helpful. She followed up after the thermostat arrived and also helped expediate the refund of an extra thermostat that I didn't need. WarmlyYours is one of the best companies for customer service and website support. The videos and webinars are very helpful.

We splurged on this thermostat and haven't regretted it. The screen is nicely lit and even provides a dim night light for the bathroom. Super easy to set up and very happy overall.
All departments are great to work with and if you have a technical question, you will get a live person on the weekends, which is amazing nowadays! Can't say enough good things about the process from estimates, heating questions and technical support.

After more than 10 years of operation, a power outage resulted in my WarmlyYours floor heating system to stop working. I went on to the WarmlyYours website to troubleshoot the problem and was able to diagnose the thermostat as the problem. I was able to email and call the WarmlyYours support people who helped me order a new thermostat (which was 1/2 price because it was a replacement). A few days later the thermostat arrived at my door. I had also received an email confirming the shipment and another asking if I needed support installing the new thermostat. The installation was straightforward and the system is back in working order. A few days later, I received a phone call from a WarmlyYours support agent to confirm that everything was in working order. The customer service I received could not have been any better. Thank you for all of your help.
