We purchased WarmlyYours radiant floor heating mat through a local tile store 13 years ago. The thermostat stopped working so we thought the floor heating mat also stopped working. I contacted WarmlyYours and decided to order a new thermostat hoping that was the problem with floor heating mat. We ordered the touch screen thermostat and had an electrician come to test the old thermostat and check the electrical connection to the floor heating mat. Turns out the problem was the thermostat. He installed the new touchscreen thermostat and waited to see if the floor heating mat started heating again and it did. I worked with two individuals at WarmlyYours, Hamid and another (unfortunately I don’t recall her name) individual. Hamid followed up to make sure everything was working properly before closing the customer support ticket assigned to my inquiry. It was great customer service and we had warm floors again during while the outside temperatures were in the teens.

We were pretty sure it was the thermostat when the floor went cold and after a visit from our electrician, he confirmed it was the GFI in the thermostat. The replacement thermostat arrived quickly and we had the old thermostat replaced. We are so happy to have our heated floor back in operation and so thankful for WarmlyYours! We have never been sorry for having heated floors installed in our sunroom and remodeled bathroom. It's the BEST!! We can't thank you enough!

Unlike the previous version, where adjusting the time of day was a struggle, this new thermostat is straightforward and efficient. Only problem I had was on my end: wires from house current feed and floor too short (kept pulling out of unit when inserted into wall box). Problem solved by using additional short pieces of wire between thermostat and house and floor wiring.
