This product is amazing. We did not have the budget for a heated floor, but wanted something to lower our heat loss from a portion of our home that is on a slab. CeraZorb is impressive with what it accomplishes. A dramatic reduction in heat loss. We wish we installed it throughout the entire house..

Shopped around at big hardware stores but WarmlyYours offered a greater selection and terrific customer service. They were very responsive to questions, and helped me with an exchange when my original purchase was slightly oversized for our sunroom. They were also helpful with my contractor handling questions he had about the installation. The radiant heat in our sunroom floor has made the space so enjoyable during this cool fall season.

Couldn't have asked for better service. Jennifer worked with me on my project, right from the very first quote and while a lot of things changed through the course of the project, I had excellent support all along, accommodating all the changes and providing prompt support all along. Even with returns that I had to make unfortunately, Jennifer and the team were fully understanding and prompt with the transactions. One of those rare companies that seem to value customer satisfaction more than just making money on each customer in the short run. Warm floor is nice!
Feeling warmth in comparison to the previous cold basement floor is much better! It doesn’t however reach the high temperature that I want it to but definitely does get warmer than having nothing at all. The customer service was very good overall at answering my questions and provided a positive experience.
Thank you for the review Jake. I would recommend that you leave the floor on for a longer period of time.
