We've had a brutal winter so far and I am very happy with the heat trak. After clearing the doorstep, I moved the trak to another entrance that had 3 feet of drifted snow. I simply placed the trak on top of the snow and it gradually sank to the ground in a cleared path, 2X5 feet. Too bad I didn't take a picture at the time. It would have made a great ad for your company.

This controller is much better than the original design and keeps our floor at the temperature we want.
These thermostats are fantastic.
These thermostats are fantastic. Not sure why they are sent set for Celsius instead of Fahrenheit, but that's easy to fix. The electricians that install them don't make the change, so it requires taking apart and making the change. Seems most people in the US would want Fahrenheit settings, why not have them sent out with this setting?

Installed on a concrete floored area previously an outside porch, now enclosed with walls and windows to become inside space. No heat source and one non-insulated stone wall, very chilly on cold days. Installed between carpet pad and new carpet with wall thermostat. Works great, I set the thermostat at 70 and it holds the room temperature there.

All materials that were ordered came in as promised on time. There was a problem with a component that would read like a short - after the tile was installed. We contacted the tech dept at WarmlyYours and were directed step by step to trouble shoot the problem and determined that it was a faulty thermostat. A replacement was promptly sent and installed. And now we once again have a happy customer (and contractor). Thank You for your quick and efficient response to helping solve this problem.

The circuit check devices are inferior quality.
The circuit check devices are inferior quality. I can't remember the last time I used one that did not create aggravation. As simple as they are if they fall apart or require repairs...It's aggravating. This opinion is coming from 3 different installers. This is the weakest link with the entire installation.

Confidence to proceed
So much can go wrong during the install and my install was very drawn out with times when the heating circuits were exposed and in peril of being damaged. The circuit checkers allowed us the confidence to proceed with a project confidently with 1000s of dollars of tile and finish work to be performed after the heating element install, before the system could be given the ultimate installed test. Nice touch and I could not imagine the anguish that these devices could save a contractor or homeowner. Thankfully we enjoyed a textbook install but knowing of the existence of a problem the instant it occurs is a priceless feature.
Make Great Toys for Grandkids!
Like the noise these things make, like a Star Trek weapon. Seems a shame that they are only useful for a few seconds while checking the mat. I've collected quite a few from multiple installations and give them to my grandkids to play with.

I love my heated driveway mats!!!!! They work so easily -auto on/off. The electrician had no problem with his part of the installation. I highly recommend the product. The purchase was easy too. The availability of the tech team 24/7 was a big help! I'm telling all my friends to get them when they install a new concrete driveway!
Towels Heat Evenly, So Worth the Money
I have owned alot of cheap towel warmers before and none heated evenly like this one does. It looks so elegant looking and goes with any decor in the bathroom. Setup was so easy and had it up on the wall in no time. The only thing I didn't like is no instructions of how long to heat up for so I wouldn't cook my towels but its all good about a hour and they were toasty warm right out of the shower. These are so worth the money and the company is so nice to work with.
Infinity is the Cure for Musty Smelling Towels
Heats up quickly, programable timer is great, saves on the musty smell of the towels. This is the second towel warmer i have owned and by far the best.

Very satisfied. High quality, plenum rated, Teflon sheathed resistance wire AND power supply leads. We are sure that this nearly indestructibly constructed product will provide comfort for years and years.

Installs and Works as Promised
Received in a timely manner; installed and work as promised too. The only small negative was the crispy clear plastic mat wrapper. It's a bit annoying to remove without resorting to a razor, but using a razor risks cutting the conductors.
TempZone - Well Worth the Cost!
Very happy with Tempzone Roll. Much better to buy custom cut length and get drawing on where to put it instead of trying to cut and link pre-made sheets. Well worth the cost!

Snow Melting Cable is DIY Friendly and Easy to Install
As a DIY, I really appreciated the snow melting cable because it is so heavily jacketted I had no trouble with damage, testing the cable before and after proved that it withstood whatever it had to during installation. I love that it has a built-in return connection; meaning the cable doesn't have to make the "run" back to the relay panel - this made the install so much easier.
