The perfect complement to our passive solar sunroom design.
Our radiant heat ceiling units are working exactly as planned in our new sunroom. The floor is porcelain tile over an insulated concrete slab. Walking barefoot on it is like stepping onto sun warmed stone. The quiet glow of warmth from overhead really is a treat on cool, gray days.

Prompt fulfillment of order and easy to install
My order was filled promptly. Installation instructions and materials provided made installation easy. Cable pull equipment required to fish heating cable through down spouts and surface drain.
Fabulous... and then awful
Ordering was pretty straightforward, and then when I had a design change, Pedro was tremendous in helping me work through the shift. I had to return one roll and get a smaller one to fit the space. All was great... until I got an email saying that my return wasn't accepted, and the $800+ refund I anticipated was now $250. Apparently there was a torn label on the return and that triggers the non-re-sellable policy. If I had returned damaged goods, then sure, I understand the problem. But this is a terrible way to treat a long-time repeat customer, and it really sours me on wanting to do business with the company again. From "WarmlyYours" to "ColdlyYours."
