Easy to program and big display
The nSpire Touch WiFi and Touch Thermostat are significant upgrades from the original model we had. Its larger display and user-friendly programming make it much easier to operate. Unlike the previous version, where adjusting the time of day was a struggle, this new thermostat is straightforward and efficient. Additionally, the customer service team is knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. It was a good experience.

Fairly priced system, easy to install and setup. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to get on the phone for questions about the system or pricing for another system. We will be working with WarmlyYours for all of our heated driveway and sidewalks projects from now on.

The system cane out just like I expected. It took some tweaking to get there, but overall I am pleased with the final design and more importantly, the good results.

Heated well
Product shipped as the sales rep discussed. It arrived in a timely fashion and the install was very straight forward for our team. We used the infloor heat as the primary source for our steel framed tiny homes and even in Edmonton Alberta. We had great luck with this keeping the home warm and cozy at -30°c
Exact replacement part. Easy to install.
I needed to replace a dead thermostat. This was the correct replacement part. Company was helpful in placing the order.
Replacement Thermostat for electric floor heat
Shipped promptly. Instructions shipped with thermostat clear and complete. Amplified by links to videos which were also comprehensive. Only problem I had was on my end: wires from house current feed and floor too short (kept pulling out of unit when inserted into wall box). Problem solved by using additional short pieces of wire between thermostat and house and floor wiring.

The cable was successfully installed in concrete, and the ohm & mega-ohm readings are satisfactory. We went to Arizona for the winter before finishing the installation of the controller, so we won't be able to comment further now. Thanks.

Excellent customer service
We called the WarmlyYours helpdesk. Jeff helped us diagnose the issue with our thermostat very patiently and helped us with placing an order for the new one. We also received very detailed instructions on how to install the new thermostat. We are so happy to have warm kitchen floor again this winter. In this age of AI assistants and BOTs, it was such a pleasant surprise to have such an amazing customer service experience with a real human :)
