Outstanding Customer Service

I recently had occasion to contact WarmlyYours regarding a damaged thermostat that was still under warranty. At every stage of resolving this issue I was extremely impressed with the quality of customer service I received. Each person I spoke with, and there were a few, impressed me with their knowledge, communication skills and helpfulness. The returns process was absolutely first rate; I was given clear options as to how to handle the exchange and was very pleased with how quickly my new thermostat arrived. I could not ask for any improvement in how the entire experience was handled. Top marks to WarmlyYours!
