It was not easy to program as we want the heat during the night, not day. The staff tired but said they were unfamiliar with this model. Finally got it done, I think.

Thanks for your review. The thermostats do have some limitations in that the programming cannot cross over from the PM of one day and into the morning of the next day, because they are 2 separate days. If a program is meant to run from 10pm till 6am the following morning, 4 events will have to be used. The first 2 events would be programmed to ON at 12AM and off at 6AM, and the second event to be programmed ON at 10PM, and OFF at 11:45PM. I hope this clarifies how to achieve an overnight schedule.
