Our order arrived soon after ordering. I reviewed video and examined contents of box. I determined that there was more to it than what video displayed and had an electrician install for $100 and am glad that I did. I am disappointed that there are "0" instructions in the box as to how to program this thermostat as compared to the old model we replaced. This thermostat is heating the floor, warmer, and for longer periods than needed and frankly, without programming instructions I have not taken the time to try and figure it out on my own. It works well... just not as required.
