Excellent Product!
Easy to install. I found on company’s internet site all needed informations: test procedure mesh (Flex Roll) dimension installation information installation thermostat All these informations are included also in the product guide received in the Roll box. I intend to make another project (another room) with this product!

It was not easy to program as we want the heat during the nig
It was not easy to program as we want the heat during the night, not day. The staff tired but said they were unfamiliar with this model. Finally got it done, I think.
Thanks for your review. The thermostats do have some limitations in that the programming cannot cross over from the PM of one day and into the morning of the next day, because they are 2 separate days. If a program is meant to run from 10pm till 6am the following morning, 4 events will have to be used. The first 2 events would be programmed to ON at 12AM and off at 6AM, and the second event to be programmed ON at 10PM, and OFF at 11:45PM. I hope this clarifies how to achieve an overnight schedule.

We ordered a replacement thermostat that actually got lost in the US mail. We contacted WarmlyYours about non-receipt and they immediately sent a replacement via a ground shipper. It has been installed and works great.

Warm your basement!
Our “lower level” rec room was a poorly heated space with ceiling louvers and a shared zone with the main level of the house. The under carpet WarmlyYours system provides not only a comfortable area for the the grandkids to play on but also adds warmth to the whole room.
Warm Floors = Happy Spouse
Great product. Works well so far. Excellent and patient help in project design - cables were just the right length. Lots of work to install but also fun. Floors are noticeably warmer than the wood floors in adjacent room and the bathroom is heated very well now entirely by the in floor system.
Heated Hardwood Floor
I remodeled one bedroom, lower level. Installed hardwood floor and installed heating system from WarmlyYours . It works well, feels good when walking on a warm floor. It holds about 77 F. Good product .
Simple install, works very well
We ordered the cut and turn rolls for 300sq ft of kitchen space. It was simple to install them and our electrician finished the job at the thermostat. The pads heat up quickly and seem to be very efficient, we are very satisfied with our purchase!

Haven’t had a chance to try out yet
Haven’t had a chance to try out our sidewalk heater yet. When I called your company Jennifer was extremely helpful in the wiring and setting up the system. Great job Jennifer.
No Snow Yet
Haven’t tried the product yet as there’s no snow! Dealing with everyone was great and they have excellent customer service. I would recommend them in a flash.
Aesthetic solution
Looks nice and stylish. Also pretty effective at keeping 700sq.ft room warm at night.
Installed myself, works great!
I purchased a Transfer Switch box (12 x 120 volt), a snow sensor, and an ice sensor, and installed them myself as per instructions. I had a couple questions (how to connect two "yellow wires" and where to best position the snow sensor), both answered immediately by a quick phone call. I couldn't be happier.
Second purchase of in-floor heating from WarmlyYours
This is the second purchase of in-floor heating from WarmlyYours we've made over the last four years and we are extremely pleased with the results. We live in a cold climate but like to keep warm. And thanks to this heating system, we do! Customer service has also been outstanding. Thank you!

I'm a DIY'r. This product was exactly what I needed. The packaging and pricing with the high end touch thermostat was the selling feature. Shipping was fast and well protected product. The instructions were very easy to follow. No challenges whatsoever during install. It's been several months now and it works perfectly. I would definitely purchase again!
Very Comfortable
