Great towel warmer, you have two options, either hard-wire or plug. I chose to do a hard-wire, the only comment I have is I think having a black towel warmer with a white cord is not as attractive if the cord was black. Before purchasing this model, we tried other brands from the big box stores and the largest on-line retailer (starts with an A). None of them came close to the warmth this puts out, many were not built as well as this one is. If you are looking for right out of the dryer warmth, you will need to place a dryer in your bath/shower area. If you are looking to wrap yourself with a toasty towel right out of the bath/shower, this will do it. It takes about 15 minutes to get to temp, the footprint is compact enough to work even in a small bathroom (like I have). Installation was simple for a hard-wire. It looks good, stylish and sold my contractor on suggesting them to his clients. As always, Technical support was awesome. As a final note, my thermal gun puts the temp on this model at 140, the top-rated from a big box store only got to 92 after a 1/2 hour of being on.
Item Reviewed:I am mixed on this item. For me personally, this is overkill. What this device can do is incredible, sunrise/sunset, plug in your long/lat and program offset to sunrise/sunset. 50 different programs under PRO mode, standard mode is a fraction of that. I cannot imagine a scenario where one would need 50 different programs. Although, if you are a person with a set routine, and your family is too, this is the timer to have. If you have more variables than routines, you might not use all the functions this can do. Buttons are small, so programming can be challenging at times. My family would not appreciate what this can do, thus I only have 2 programs and the family uses the on/off function only.
Item Reviewed:I upgrade to this from the non-programmable one, what a difference. Very intuitive, only had to change the face plate. I really like access to all the modes and it is simple to operate. I would suggest if you are thinking of the non-programmable one, spend the extra buck as you will really appreciate what this can do.
Item Reviewed:Very basic unit, works well, easy to install and of course with great technical support. I did upgrade after a short time as I desired a bit more features. Although, for simplicity, you cannot beat this one.
Item Reviewed:I ordered WarmlyYours for a client of ours and she just moved into the home we renovated for her. She loves the fact that she stay toasty warm in the bathroom.

Item Reviewed:I play a lot of tennis, so sometimes I take multiple showers in one day. My towel would not always be dry by the next shower. Now I use the towel warmer and set the timer for 2 hours. It is perfect! Also, the only place we had to place the towel warmer was a little too narrow for the base. The base legs can be turned on an angle so you can squeeze the towel warmer into a tight spot.
Item Reviewed:Works great, only issue is this unit does not have a proper finishing plate to cover the electrical hookup. I ended up getting a chrome blank faceplate and custom drilling holes to pass the wire and attach the leg. Also had to take 3/8 of and inch of the one leg so it then sits flush!
Thank you for the review. The towel warmer that you bought does not come with, or require a wallplate. We are glad to hear that your were able to fashion your own and complete your installation in a satisfactory manner. We hope that you enjoy your warm towels.
Great product. Easy to quote, easy to order and arrives quickly. Staff is always helpful. Most important, our customer loves their new heated floor!

Item Reviewed:The designer did not listen to my instructions. I told the salesman that the floor was highly insulated below the subfloor and that the vinyl covering had a temperature limit of 85 degrees. He specified your hottest possible arrangement for the floor size. (Three inch spacing with 3.7 watt wire and very narrow areas at the edge.) It should have had 4 or 5 inch spacing with your cooler 3.0 watt wire. ) I did not catch it until I had it for a while and was very bothered that it was too hot. Eventually I had to send it back and order a much shorter wire.
I'm sorry, we no longer stock the older-style 3 watt cable in a size that is required for your space. We apologize if there was a mixup in our discussions with you. We have historically had very good results with 3.7 watt cable spaced at 3" for enclosed porches. Enclosed porches are usually subjected to high amounts of heat loss, even if the floor is well insulated. It is better to have plenty of BTUs with some to spare than to not have enough. The thermostat that you purchased comes with a floor sensor. With the floor sensor installed in the floor, the thermostat can be set to limit the actual floor temperature to a specific temperature. This "Floor Limit" can be set to any temperature that you desire, or is required by the flooring manufacturer. The floor temperature will not exceed the value you enter, whether the wire is spaced at 3" or 4". We have found that 4" wire spacing works well in a second floor room with a heated room below, but may not have enough output for an enclosed porch. We rarely, if ever, quote 5" spacing because of "striping" of the heat which can result in cold spots in the floor. In the end, we always design a system that we believe will consistently deliver a great result. Thanks for your feedback, we appreciate it.
I loved the towel heater, but it only lasted a few years. I had to purchase a replacement at full price. It appeared it was 1/8 shorter, which made instillation difficult. I hope this one last much longer, they are too expensive to keep replaceing.
Thank you for your review. We are constantly improving our products, so a towel warmer purchased a few years ago may differ slightly from our currently-available units. We processed your replacement unit at 50% off the current MSRP plus shipping and tax. Please let us know if that amount does not match what you were billed. Thanks again for taking the time to submit your review.
I was going to use a competitor's product, but every place that 'carried' it I also had to order it. Since the tile guy was coming over on a specific date I needed to make sure everything was in place, & based on experience I couldn't trust Lowe's or HD's site when it said it would come in by a Wednesday of the week needed. I called WarmlyYours, they confirmed that they had all the items in inventory & could ship the same day. I texted the bathroom plans and later that day they got back w/ the design and a quote. I ordered it that Friday afternoon, and was shocked that it showed up at my door the next day-Saturday. Everything went as stated. Very nice when facing delays w/ so many of the other items in our project.
Item Reviewed:My old controller finally died (12y...but the other one still going strong!) Call to WY and they had a new one (at half price) on the way to me the next day. Got it, installed it (a snap), and "Bob's your uncle!"
Item Reviewed:I installed this for a small bathroom, 50 sq feet-it has always been cold since it's over a garage. The instructions are very good and all the materials are excellent. Almost perfect except for two small items. 1. The wiring kit should include the conduit elbows, 1 for the cold lead cable going to the box and 1 other elbow for the floor sensor. Since the kit has everything else, would be helpful to add these two small items. Nearly every installation will require using elbows to protect the wires when they make the turn from the floor up to the box. 2. The instructions for the floor heating kit should mention something about making sure to check the instructions for the self leveling compound before laying the wires. In my case, I had laid out the wires on tile following all the instructions in the heating kit, then I bought the self leveling kit compound and realized that I needed to scarify the old tile, and then prime the floor. Then I had to lay the wires back down again. I know, probably user error, but it would be helpful to add something about checking the self leveling compound instructions BEFORE laying the wire for the heating system. Other than that, it's a great system that I think will do well during the cold winter months. TIPS for installers: 1. I used duct tape to hold the wires down reinforced as much as possible with Zip flashing tape. The duct tape failed on the SLC pour in a couple of spots, use Zip tape instead next time. 2. I bought a spare floor sensor and laid it in the floor but didn't wire it. If the current one fails, I only have to cut a hole in the drywall and run it up to the box, don't have to dig up the floor.
Item Reviewed:Provides long lasting heat without drying out the air. In winter, the windows can stay open longer.
Item Reviewed:Took a while to figure out that in order to use the timer I needed to push the button on the actual towel warmer to turn on the heat. I live in NYC so space is at a premium. Could have used a narrower rack that was taller
Item Reviewed:Have not installed yet as renos are not happening until November. Will submit a review then. Thanks
