Great Customer Service
I ordered a replacement Heated Towel Rack as my original one had quite working. The ordering desk made sure the rack I was ordering would fit the old racks mounts so very little modification required to install. Works great and the whole process was painless. Third ordering experience with WarmlyYours and very satisfied with on all counts.

Warm bath towels are a game changer
When I recommend towel warmers to friends and family, I warn them that once you've had a warm towel out of the shower, there's no going back. I was without mine for a few weeks and it seemed like ordinary towels were now unusually cold and used towels never seemed to dry. I actually drove to the WarmlyYours warehouse to get my new towel warmer faster (and also to save shipping and see if they had an old model in stock that matched my previous towel warmer.) They were extremely helpful and friendly - even going so far as to pull the replacement out of the box and test it in front of me. The same goes for the customer support I've received all along from them. It is five star. Which is why I insisted on a WarmlyYours replacement when my old towel warmer gave out. (Likely caused by the my original installer using the wrong type switch. My only complaint being that I wish I could control the temperature of the towel bar beyond on or off. It does seem to burn my towels and eventually wear them out, I've attached several pictures, but a warm towel is worth the cost of buying new towels each year.) In summary, warm bath towels are a game changer, and with WarmlyYours you get quality American customer support.

Great product, fantastic customer service
Towel warmer comes packaged well, detailed instructions, and the fastening method to wall is good and strong. I misplaced the hardware pack and contacted WarmlyYours for a replacement. I didn't respond to their initial calls to assist, but they persisted and really made sure that I got what I needed, and at a very fair price.

It is way beyond anything that I experienced from other companies. Even though the thermostat that I was replacing was not provided by this company they were still willing to provide a discount to replace my faulty thermostat. You cannot go wrong doing business with the company

After numerous construction delays, we finally got the heating system installed AND connected. It works fantastically well! We installed it in a 480 sq ft 'guesthouse' in southwest Virginia. This past weekend was quite chilly (low was in the low 40's and the floor kept the temperature right at 74 degrees). We LOVE this product. The company is great to work with.

Your online and telephone support system is the greatest!
We just finished laying in the wire and poured our cement, just a day before it started snowing-so we are curing the cement as I type. The men are now hooking up the electrical inside portions. The instructions have been so easy to follow step by step. I wanted to let you know it was so easy, I decided to do the one side of my garage with both systems to have a longer driveway of warmth/snow melt...because it was so cost effective that our family man-power did the labor. I plan on contacting you next Spring after the thaw to order up more wire, etc to do the smaller 14 foot section, which will be turned into a bedroom with a big front window I hope to enjoy looking out during the winter, instead of looking at by past 6 foot snow falling off my roof and building a wall I can't see through. I will send the end result after the electrical is finished plus a photo. :):)

Countertop warmers are great!
Got one of these for my wife who absolutely loves it. Installed easily and warms the counter area where my wife likes to sit. Highly recommend to anyone who thinks their granite counter can be too cold sometimes.

Quality Products we love!
WarmlyYours has been our go-to product for the best towel warmers! Other products we have tried were no where near the quality of WarmlyYours. The materials used, the workmanship/finishes, and even the appropriate bar spacing make them the only product I would use. Our careers have taken us to several locations over the years and we have installed their towel warmers in our last 4 homes. We appreciate the great quality and excellent customer service. We currently have 2 of the Riviera warmers hard wired with timers. Living in sunny, but humid Florida, the warmers ensure the towel stays dry between washings. They are also a great place to dry swimwear and delicates. In the cooler climates, it was always great to get out of the shower to a warm and cozy towel. I highly recommend WarmlyYours products.

Very satisfying experience
The complete drawing supplyed is complete and contained all information needed for the DIY installation that i made. The installation was easy and the material included in the kit fitted very well. This system was replacing another one and by instaling as per the recommandation the new system is more powerfull and heat-up more rapidely than the older one. They follow up after the installation, good service. Very good experience, i look forward to make another installation with this company

Fantastic Customer Service
Their customer service and technical service availability 24/7 is nothing less than superb. I wasn't so happy that a tech told me to tape their mats in place on the Cerazorb until it was covered with self-leveler (they had a tech review the job with me prior to installation which was a nice service if the tech knows what they are talking about). Do NOT do this as it caused nothing less than a mess during pouring. But, I got the floor in and all works - just wish I could have saved the 3 hours of extra work fixing tape and corners that surfaced through the leveler.

I installed two 25' rolls to meet the room requirements as mapped by W.Y.'s. I did have a problem finding a laminate floor to install over the electric heat mat as there are not many manufacturers that authorize the install. W.Y.'s helped me find a brand. Basement floor warm now, ready for winter.
