Don’t use any other radiant heat!
I am a small contractor, some of my subcontractors use Nuheat form time to time on their other jobs. When I give them a WarmlyYours heat package with all the drawings, details and supreme customer service they are amazed! In fact one of them now purchases their heat almost exclusively through my company.

Very High End
The touch thermostat is amazing. So many program options from each day to each hour of each day. It displays time of use, cost of operating per day and per month. It even has a feature that detects when a window is open and adjust automatically. Easy to follow install instructions. Brightness display dims when not in use.

Should be a good unit, new to me yet
liked everything about it other than internal calibration was needed to get it to program. Scott was very helpful, easy fix. I do think that a note should be included with a warning that if it will not program (ground fault error) to call tech services. It would have saved the client money in having to have an electrician return to fix a very simple thing. I suggest that you inform Julia about that.

I recently had occasion to contact WarmlyYours regarding a damaged thermostat that was still under warranty. At every stage of resolving this issue I was extremely impressed with the quality of customer service I received. Each person I spoke with, and there were a few, impressed me with their knowledge, communication skills and helpfulness. The returns process was absolutely first rate; I was given clear options as to how to handle the exchange and was very pleased with how quickly my new thermostat arrived. While we are still in the completion stage of our build and have not yet hooked up the thermostats, we are very pleased with the product, service and support from WarmlyYours. Troy was great during the selling stage; the installation instructions are clear and accurate; the flex mat was easy to install under floor tiles. We are looking forward activating the 3 bathroom floor heating systems. If the product works as well as anticipated we will be happy indeed. Our old thermostat breathed its last and left us in cold stone misery. A quick plea to WarmlyYours and, voila!, the stones are happy ergo we are happy. It took the skills of our favorite electrician to install our new thermostat since my understanding of such things is near non-existent. The result, all is well in the kingdom once again!
