After a few question Mary understood my needs and within a few hours I had an estimate along with the recommended heated floor plan based on the floorplan I provided. Excellent; install guide, cautions, how to videos. Everything works great! My only suggestion would be to flatten the connection and insulation materials at the heating element/cold lead, as this creates a hump and requires a much thicker bed of thin set under the heated floor. My floor had thickness requirements for a door opening radius and drainage.

Quick delivery
I called and spoke to a salesperson who suggested the model that would replace my old thermostat. I offered to drive out to the office, but was told that they can drop it in the mail before closing. It arrived at my home the following day. I had it installed and it worked perfectly. In addition, it is a much nicer looking device than the one it replaced. I even got a follow up call to make sure everything was satisfactory. The customer service and the product were both outstanding.

I am a small contractor, some of my subcontractors use Nuheat form time to time on their other jobs. Very High End
The touch thermostat is amazing. So many program options from each day to each hour of each day. It displays time of use, cost of operating per day and per month. It even has a feature that detects when a window is open and adjust automatically. Easy to follow install instructions. Brightness display dims when not in use.
