After more than 10 years of operation, a power outage resulted in my WarmlyYours floor heating system to stop working. I went on to the WarmlyYours website to troubleshoot the problem and was able to diagnose the thermostat as the problem. I was able to email and call the WarmlyYours support people who helped me order a new thermostat (which was 1/2 price because it was a replacement). A few days later the thermostat arrived at my door. I had also received an email confirming the shipment and another asking if I needed support installing the new thermostat. The installation was straightforward and the system is back in working order. A few days later, I received a phone call from a WarmlyYours support agent to confirm that everything was in working order. The customer service I received could not have been any better. Thank you for all of your help.

Item Reviewed:Had trouble with the original thermostat not heating the floor. Replaced it at your recommendation but it still doesn't work. It will show that it is calling for heat but the floor is still cold. If I shut off the power and turn it back on it will start heating the floor. This is an intermittent problem. I reused the old mounting plate and put the new thermostat on it. Ideas?

Item Reviewed:I have had a floor installed for 20 years or so when the thermostat failed. I was connected to a technician, a person, who knew what they were talking about, and had it diagnosed fairly quickly. I did end up buying a refurbished replacement,and it has been working fine.
Item Reviewed:So a few things about this transaction... this thermostat was a replacement for one that quit working after our house was hit by lightning. It was replaced for free. I did not expect lightning to be covered under warranty. Also, when it arrived I did not realize that the wiring had changed. I called support at 5:30 on a Friday night and he very patiently understood that things had changed from before and how to wire it now. That support experience is great and is the 3rd or 4th time they have gone above and beyond in the past with various projects I have done.
