Remodeler Optimism Stronger Than Ever
Earlier this year, we saw a climb in home prices and now we are excited that the Remodeling Industry as a whole is improving as well. Quarter-over-quarter increases are being seen across all sub-components measuring the remodeling industry according to the first-quarter Remodeling Business Pulse (RBP) data, collected by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). The overall current business conditions have shown steady increases since March of 2012, reaching a statistically significant 5.97 rating.

St. Jude Children's Hospital Breaks Record!
A house can make more of an impact than you can imagine. For example, in Cleveland, Ohio, Buckingham Homes has constructed a record-breaking house to be raffled off to raise money for the St. Jude Children’s Hospital. All 8,000 tickets were sold out in 6 hours - making it the fastest sell out of raffle tickets in St. Jude history.
Tech Tip: Don’t Clean Grout Lines With A Knife Blade
Last year, a customer called WarmlyYours asking why two of their newly installed floors did not heat with our Radiant Floor Heating System. Usually, this is a simple issue caused by the thermostats not being wired correctly when they were installed. With the help of some troubleshooting over the phone, our Techs were able to determine that the wiring was done correctly. However, it’s clear that something is awry when two rooms that share a doorway are both not functioning, so more detective work was needed to discover the cause.
