Item Reviewed:After more than 10 years of operation, a power outage resulted in my WarmlyYours floor heating system to stop working. I went on to the WarmlyYours website to troubleshoot the problem and was able to diagnose the thermostat as the problem. I was able to email and call the WarmlyYours support people who helped me order a new thermostat (which was 1/2 price because it was a replacement). A few days later the thermostat arrived at my door. I had also received an email confirming the shipment and another asking if I needed support installing the new thermostat. The installation was straightforward and the system is back in working order. A few days later, I received a phone call from a WarmlyYours support agent to confirm that everything was in working order. The customer service I received could not have been any better. Thank you for all of your help.

Item Reviewed:Warmer doesn't heat the towels up nearly as much as the older model it replaced (barely lukewarm, even after as much as 5 hours on the warmer). The older model was hard wired but this one is plug-in (maybe too much voltage drop in the power cord?). The warmer itself gets plenty hot, but not the towels, even if we layer a couple of towels on top of each other.

Item Reviewed:Bought my current home 7 years ago with already installed heated marble bathroom floors and the thermostat appeared to go out....in winter😳😳😳. Wasn't sure how to manage it as I'm separated from my husband and have been forced to manage things I had previously relagated as a "male" duty. When the device arrived I was unable to figure out how to get it installed....and called a helpline on a Sunday😬😬. And to my surprise, an actual person picked up the phone ❤️❤️. A technician called a day or two later to address my concerns, but I was on the road driving and unable to explain adequately the challenges I had faced attempting to install it😣😣. The technician forwarded me a video instruction guide and assured me that if this was insufficient to allow for successful installation, then he would gladly accept my phone call back. The video was EASY to understand and in under an hour the thermostat was successfully installed and I've been enjoying heated floors in January AGAIN....thank God!!! And thanks to WarmlyYours!

Item Reviewed:So in 2003 I installed a mat in our basement bathroom. This included the TH111-P-GFI controller. Recently the controller started acting up. After a few e-mails and tests it was determined that it definitely was the controller. I was totally surprised that after basically 20 years I was offered a new controller at 1/2 price! It arrived very quickly and was easy to hook up. We are back to having a nice warm floor!!
