I installed the WarmlyYours floor system in the summer. We haven't used it up till now but winter is now hitting in Iowa and it is AMAZING! The wife loves it and it adds a fantastic amount of warmth to our master bath. Installation was simple and the instructions were top notch! Would recommend to anyone. The key is in the prep work!

Great product. Works well so far. Excellent and patient help in project design - cables were just the right length. Lots of work to install but also fun. Floors are noticeably warmer than the wood floors in adjacent room and the bathroom is heated very well now entirely by the in floor system.

We ordered the cut and turn rolls for 300sq ft of kitchen space. It was simple to install them and our electrician finished the job at the thermostat. The pads heat up quickly and seem to be very efficient, we are very satisfied with our purchase!

We were able to get the right amount of electrical wire for the square footage of the room, the correct type of thermostat & confirm the overall voltage of the system to make sure we didn't overload the circuit which had a blower heater. They were also able to recommend underlayment for our slab in CO (brrr without insulation). Thank you for a great product.

We love our heated floors! We put WarmlyYours in our downstairs bedroom and main bathroom. What a treat it is to put your bare feet on a warm floor in the middle of winter! The installation directions were pretty accurate, although the directions said to put only a few staples in and we found we had to put a ton of staples in otherwise the floor floated way easier than we expected. Other than that, we would definitely recommend WarmlyYours heated flooring products and we would use them again in future homes.

In these times it is rare that a company actually does what they say they will do. WarmlyYours is such a company. All my questions and layout changes were addressed in a prompt and timely manner. The order process was easy and the product arrived as was promised. Installation was very basic and only required help to install the isolated circuit. System is powered-up and functioning. I would recommend this company and plan to use their products on phase 2 renovation.

Excellent experience. The sales and technical support was excellent and both took care of every question I had. The only negative I had was on the circuit check device. One of the terminals on the circuit check was bad. A screw on the factory side of the terminal strip was cross threaded and the factory wire was making intermittent contact which gave false alarms. Once I found it, a simple jumper fixed it. One technical comment. When you do a cut and flip per the instructions, the runs match nicely but so do the heater end loops. They align loop to loop between the passes. This however, is contrary to the instructions noting the heater end loops should be offset between passes. Had take some of the heater wire off the mesh to get the space needed for the end loops to be offset. Again, not a big deal but the instructions could be clearer. Overall very pleased, and strongly recommended WarmlyYours to a friend and will use again if I do the other bathroom floor. Thanks for the help. Jim

I am sorry to hear you had trouble with the circuit check, our team constantly checks the quality of the circuit check devices for each shipment, it could be something that was hard to spot. Great news that you were able to fix it with a jumper! Offsetting the adjacent runs of the mats is described on Page 6 of our installation manual (see below). I am going to share it with my Marketing Team to see if that information could be better highlighted or duplicated in an additional section or page. Overall i am satisfied with the product and service. I have installed and it is working . Even Better if: Better guidance in the installation guide on self levelling concrete. This stage in the process gets one or two lines in the guide. Actually it was challenging and fairly expensive. I had about 400 square feet and it required about 22 50 lb sacks of concrete, three men and a day of effort to pour. I hadnt budgeted for this level of effort. The guide instructs that wires be a minimum of three inches apart but given length sent this separation was difficult to achieve and also i counted the separation units used in the cable guide in the instruction video and followed this and this was very tight and difficult to achieve separation on long cable runs

Upgrade your home
I had this product installed in my recently renovated bathroom and it’s perfection. A warm floor on a cold day is a real treat, and the whole room is cozy. It’s a small bathroom so the cost was a fraction of the whole project. I don’t notice any increase in my electric bill, but if I did it would be worth it to me since I’m not using the gas-fired (fossil fuel) boiler for that room. Speaking of which, removing the radiator gave me more floor space for a wider vanity. If your vanity is on legs, a tip I have for you is to extend the system about an inch or two under the vanity to keep your toes warm. This is my first heated floor, but when it comes time to replace any other floors of my home, I will definitely install this system. The company was so easy to work with, and Pauline has all the answers you want, including what you don’t know you need. This was also the first time my contractor installed this system, and he had no issues at all after watching the installation video and once he realized he had to set the control to heat “tile” flooring. Be aware that you’ll need to install a dedicated electrical line to the controller. The controller is programmable so that you can set the operational time and the temperature of the heating elements. It’s already cold in NY so I just keep mine on most of the day since I’m working from home. Another plus for me is that this is a woman-owned business. There’s no downside to working with WarmlyYours.
