Easy to install, mostly because I have pavers on the driveway Your wiring looks very durable. My only concern is the exsesiers are very expensive. I had to look elsewhere for snow detectors for the unit. Otherwise I think your products are great.

I was able to make an educated guess about which product to choose from just the website, the WarmlyYours team was able to dial it in and turn around recommended layout drawings in just a week, pick up comments in a few days. Jessica S. followed up regularly with me and was able to get everything to the GC as soon as they needed it. A great process so far.

I am handy but never installed a heated hardwood floor. I submitted my layout with measurements and got back a custom floor plan indicating how to install; breaker, load, spacers and where I should start. More than half way thru rolling out more than 750 feet of wire, I thought I was going to have too much which would if been a problem. But it was perfect! I was just 3 inches short but likely due to my spacing. During our first winter, the product worked great. Our kitchen was so comfortable and evenly heated. No more electric baseboards with heat at either end of the room.

The thermostat works but feels cheap... bottom piece of plastic broke off during installation just by loosening the screw to open the face plate.

As always, service from WarmlyYours was terrific. The product, however, is not that great. It actually broke during installation, the plastic piece on the bottom broke when loosening the screw. I was able to install it without this piece as I didn't want to bother replacing and reinstalling but it feels pretty cheap. Surprising as former models of the thermostat were very well made.
