I needed a replacement thermostat for my heated floor. I was lucky and found the WarmlyYours web site. I easily found what I needed. They had plenty of installation info making it super simple. The thermostat arrived in a few days.

Lava Crystal
I'm a great fan of radiant heat. It's the next best thing to the sun. I use the WarmlyYours radiant wall panels throughout my house. I especially like this Lava Crystal panel. Although it was expensive, it has a beautiful crystal pattern design and it fits in perfectly with my living room decor. The heating unit, itself, is great. It maintains a consistent, comfortable warmth, evenly distributed throughout the large room. Unlike the convection heat immediately produced by the HVAC system which heats the air molecules and then quickly rises and cools, the radiant panel slowly warms the objects in my living room which, in turn, give off heat (thermal lag). I am extremely pleased with this unit.

We had a small issue with a radiator we bought through WarmlyYours 4 years ago. It had been operating without any challenges for those years. When we encounter an issue, the WarmlyYours team advised, set up a call with the local technician and when it was determined that the unit was faulty, immediately shipped out a replacement at no cost to us. It was very easy to replace as my old wall unit died. Dealing with Lyn was simple and she was very helpful. all and all a great experience and if my other in-floor wall unit stops working I know its no problem going forward.

Replacement Thermostat
We were extremely pleased with the recommendations and customer service from WarmlyYours when our older thermostats stopped functioning and needed replacement. Scott and Mahdi provided great service and even follow-up (unheard of now days!) to make sure we were able to install the new thermostats and program them. It was one of the best purchase and customer service experiences we've had in a long time.

Thermostat replaced the original which was about 11 years old when it failed, and we couldn’t be happier with the new one. Very easy to use and works great.

The installation was straight forward. The instructions were to place the heat sensor 2" from the heating cables. However, we used the standard 3" configuration so it was only possible to achieve a 1.5" separation. I'm thinking this may be the reason we can't achieve a comfortable heat setting for the system. Will still try to modify the settings to get it to work properly.

This was easy to install and works great. My floor is at a constant 77 degrees. The customer support was very friendly and helpful. I would certainly buy this again.

Infloor thermostat
We are very pleased with the replacement thermostat that was recommended to fix our infloor heating problem. Our guests enjoy the warm floor so it was important to properly fix our issue of thermostats that quit working after a short time. The online service was excellent.

I can't say enough for the helpfulness of the gentleman who assisted me with this order. I was looking for a thermostat to replace one that had had died several years ago. Fortunately, I had the model number for the old one and he was able to immediately recommend a replacement, explain how it worked and most of all, reassure me that the new one would warm up the cold radiant flooring in the bathroom. I am reluctant to order things online but this experience was so positive, I may be more inclined to do it again.

I really appreciated the dicount given for a return customer. The mat came in a little smaller than I was expecting based on the drawings but in the end it all worked out fine and the floor is nice an warm.
