Great product and courteous customer service
I appreciated Lynn from customer service reaching out to us before shipping the radiant panel to see if we had any questions and offer help. The electrician who hardwired the unit with a countdown timer said the installation went smoothly. The panel looks great and works as described. It heats up pretty quickly, but it takes about 30-45min to feel the effect in the room. The panel matches the room size and is used as supplemental heat to increase the temperature in the room for short periods.

Happy wife, happy life! We just did a remodel Laundry/Mud Room, Bath and Office. Wife loves coming in from the cold taking off shoes and having a warm floor to stand on. Simple as putting a 3' x 8' mat in our walk area in laundry room makes a world of difference for heating. This room "did" not have a heat source. House built in 1888. So far we have noticed the cost of electric is negligible for the extra warmth. Since we remolded and decided to put WarmlyYours under our tile in the Laundry and a few added sealants, we are toasty. We also installed a mat in the Shower. (Wow!) Also, get the WiFi thermostat, you will enjoy. Next is the Living room and Kitchen. Great customer service and technical service. Like any time you call tech service. You may have to wait a bit. But patience, we only spent like under 5 minutes with the tech and had our questions answered. Shout out to Jenn W, always prompt to call back or e-mail. We had to get a new thermostat and within two days, we had, installed and returned. Last but not least. Veteran or Arm Forces discount! Very helpful in ensuring the replacement towel rack fit the old mounting fixtures. Some modification required as direct wire unit not available only plug in cord. Pricing discount for replacement very generous.

Floor heating for mudroom, kitchen and livingroom
I love the floor heating from warmlyyours. It was easy to install, the thermostat is easy to handle and overall service from the sales team was excellent. Promptly responded when I had any questions. Lots of information was available over the internet. As well I liked the fact that a technical team send me an email asking me if I needed any help before I even started the project. Instruction how to install are clear and easy to read. I would have loved to give them a 5 star rating but can only give a 4 star as we were a little confused regarding the length of the cables we needed. The drawing and actual size did not match. But Troy and his team were eager and fast to fix the problem. We tried to figure out how much cable we need for each room but the instruction " how to figure it out was really difficult for myself and my contractor who deals mostly with Nuheat ( with them you get a cable/ squarefoot table to see how much you need. I know that it varies but it gives you a better idea ) My contractor loved the little gadget which was send with the order to check if the cable is properly connected. But I thought it was overkill to send me the same gadget for each room . One would have done it and we would have saved a little money and waste. We used an master electrician to connect the system to make sure everything is done in order. Overall I would highly recommend the product. So far so good it works like a charm and it seems to put out the heat we need to be toasty. Thanks WarmlyYours :)))))))))

A very nice kit overall. Easy to install (especially if you are a ladder monkey) with clear and concise directions. The kits came with more than enough shingle clips and cable spacers - which was very welcome (and so rare these days). I installed 2 sets – in the gutters, downspouts and on the roof - to solve an ice dam in a shady alcove.

I have had a floor installed for 20 years or so when the thermostat failed. I was connected to a technician, a person, who knew what they were talking about, and had it diagnosed fairly quickly. I did end up buying a refurbished replacement,and it has been working fine.

I purchased the plug in 300W 12x36" panel with stands to go under my office desk. It's a very subtle heat and so not obvious but since installing my feet have not been cold once. I am now considering another panel to go behind me so the room is super toasty warm (it's a northfacing room with a decent window and not near our main source of heat in winter which is a wood stove). I love the quiet unimposing way these panels work. WarmlyYours was very helpful in response to my pre-purchase questions.

Nice panel, easy ceiling install
Installed and using the Ember Flex Radiant Panel Heater- White - 500W - 35” x 24”. Panel install was easy but programming the Leviton Digital Timer Switch is a challenge. For us it's critical to have the panel on a timer of some sort because it not temperature controlled (either on or off) and consumes 500w of electricity when on or about $2/day.

Installed this product in a newly constructed sunroom in southwestern Wisconsin. It gets cold in the winter - zero and below some days, so waiting for the dead of winter to see how warm it keeps our four season sunroom. We are mid-November now with nighttime temperatures in the low 30s and so far, so good. It is the only heat source in the room as the new sunroom has no heat vented into the room. The thermostat is able to be connected to your home network and controlled with a cell phone app, which works great! You can set the temperature by the hour for all seven days of the week. I highly recommend this product. Have been using it for about 6 weeks now.

I ordered a replacement Heated Towel Rack as my original one had quite working. The ordering desk made sure the rack I was ordering would fit the old racks mounts so very little modification required to install. Works great and the whole process was painless. Warm bath towels are a game changer
When I recommend towel warmers to friends and family, I warn them that once you've had a warm towel out of the shower, there's no going back. I was without mine for a few weeks and it seemed like ordinary towels were now unusually cold and used towels never seemed to dry. I actually drove to the WarmlyYours warehouse to get my new towel warmer faster (and also to save shipping and see if they had an old model in stock that matched my previous towel warmer.) They were extremely helpful and friendly - even going so far as to pull the replacement out of the box and test it in front of me. The same goes for the customer support I've received all along from them. It is five star. Which is why I insisted on a WarmlyYours replacement when my old towel warmer gave out. (Likely caused by the my original installer using the wrong type switch. My only complaint being that I wish I could control the temperature of the towel bar beyond on or off. It does seem to burn my towels and eventually wear them out, I've attached several pictures, but a warm towel is worth the cost of buying new towels each year.) In summary, warm bath towels are a game changer, and with WarmlyYours you get quality American customer support.
