Just the right item...Great Company
I got and installed a heated floor myself and followed all the steps in the installation but the papers never said to test the sensor which was bad and now under layers of thin set, mortar and tile. When I got the errors I called this company for help. Their tech walked me through many steps and we figured out the problem. He recommended a replacement sensor and how to install it. We replaced the sensor and now the floor works great!!!! Thank you WarmlyYours

Wish we did it 15 years ago
Adding the radiant heat to our bathroom floor was the best improvement we have done in out house in years. It changed our late night winter trips to the bathroom. The floor was always freezing and even stepping out of the shower was a shock to the senses. Now its a pleasure to feel the warmth. The customer support is very helpful and thorough which is rare today. I had a condition where the floor would not go above 83 and I assumed there was a problem with the install. I spoke with a rep for a long while about this problem. An hour later i received a call advising me to check if the thermostat was set to laminate flooring instead of tile. It was. Problem solved. I highly recommend WarmlyYours if you are considering radiant flooring.

The floor heating cable was simple to install and works great. Troy’s customer service was awesome as always and the turnaround time on his floor layout was very prompt. Delivery of the heat cable and thermostat was very fast also, only took a couple days.

I really appreciated the dicount given for a return customer. The mat came in a little smaller than I was expecting based on the drawings but in the end it all worked out fine and the floor is nice an warm.

Not as intimidating as I thought
Worked with Justin throughout the process and things went very well. Even though there were a few mistakes on my part we were able to work through them. Be sure your layout you provide is accurate!! Submitted a diagram of my new bathroom layout and received the plan for how to layout the mats. After paying, received the kit and instructions. Pretty much follow the instructions. If you are a DIY person with a bit of electric know-how, this is fairly easy. Things to look out for - be sure to use the squawker when laying the mat to assure you don't break it. Have a decent glue gun to hold down any wires when you have to work around something. You can also use the gun to stick the mat better to the floor. An open wall makes the wiring go a lot easier. Otherwise, you need to be proficient in snaking a wire through a wall. The only hiccup was the electric box provided. The thermostat does not fit easily; an extremely tight fit to the point that without a lot of force, I couldn't get it to fit before even trying to install it. Right out of the box, things did not fit easily. There are better and larger plastic boxes you can get at Home Depot or Lowes. It needs to be LONG not wide. My suggestion to WarmlyYours is provide a bigger box or give an option to exclude the package sold without the electric box pieces. All in all - worth the price and the effort.

Outstanding support every step of the way. Customized installation plan based on the floor plan I provided made the installation process a breeze. I received a note from the support team shortly after the product was delivered, but I never needed to reach out to them because it was all so well documented. I just installed the thermostat today, and it was easy to set up and use. Looking forward to some cool weather so I can really appreciate the warm bathroom floor.

The heat zone cable is an easy enough product to install. I used the CeraZorb insulation as my underlayment over a concrete basement floor. The CeraZorb mats were not a consistent size (+/- 1/16 inch), leading to some mild variation in the layout, but nothing that would impact the function. Once the underlay was set, installing the spacer strips with hot glue was a cinch - though the holes needed a quick de-burr to interlock properly. The provided cable layout was accurate and straight forward to follow and went surprisingly quickly. After securing the cables to the underlay with hot glue to keep them in place, I poured floor leveler over the assembly and had my electrician back to make the final connections to the WiFi thermostats which were simple to set up. The finished floor, LVP in this case, went in as a standard installation from that point. Would certainly use this product again for similar projects.

Great product however I had to purchase the extra floor sensor directly from WarmlyYours and pay the cost of shipping. Although it arrived quickly, I believe that if it is recommended that a back-up temp sensor should be installed, then these components should be available to purchase in the big box stores that sell the thermostats and floor heating systems.
