Great customer service

I needed a new thermostat for my heated floors in the kitchen. They helped me pick out the one I needed and even gave me a discounted price. Shipping was not real fast, but once I received it, the installation was a breeze and my floors are warm again. Customer service also followed up on the order a couple of times to make sure I was satisfied, which was impressive.

I had a problem with an older model thermostat. I'm a DIY person so I called the tech support. It was refreshing to have a company with great support of their product and not just reading from a script. They actually know their product and how to help. Super great experience.

Still Going Strong Since 2008

We installed a WarmlyYours system in 2008 during a major kitchen remodel and have found the company to provide excellent customer and technical support. Since then we have had two minor issues, one was a thermostat that failed and solid state contactors that failed in Jan 2025. Jeff in tech support helped me quickly diagnose the failed contactors and send me clear instructions on how to replace. I suspect in both cases our electric coop may have contributed to both issues due to power surges related to severe weather. My experience with WarmlyYours from design, installation guidance and ongoing customer support has been great and I have found their system works well.

Warm Support—Even Beyond New Jersey

Great Product

The company was easy to deal with, had great and responsive customer service. Just powered up the floor today. It sits under self levelling cement and floor tile and took a couple of hours to warm from 19C to 28C.

Product worked great and customer service was excellent!

Received the thermostat quickly and had a minor issue during install and when contacting support the gentleman I worked with was very knowledgable and quickly helped me understand my mistake in wiring up the thermostat. Everything works great now!

Easily installed to replace the original version

My original thermostat had quite working. WarmlyYours identified a simple replacement which was easy to install to replace the older thermostat and thus far the new thermostat has worked fine.

Floor Heater Thermostat

Main heat source for small bathroom

I needed an easy heat source for a small bathroom, and chose in-floor heating from WarmlyYours. I have no experience with in floor heat, so I was very happy with the customer service I received, they were quick to answer my questions and I felt very 'looked after' with my purchase. I'm happy with my purchase, and it has been working great!

True Customer Service

We purchased WarmlyYours radiant floor heating mat through a local tile store 13 years ago. The thermostat stopped working so we thought the floor heating mat also stopped working. I contacted WarmlyYours and decided to order a new thermostat hoping that was the problem with floor heating mat. We ordered the touch screen thermostat and had an electrician come to test the old thermostat and check the electrical connection to the floor heating mat. Turns out the problem was the thermostat. He installed the new touchscreen thermostat and waited to see if the floor heating mat started heating again and it did. I worked with two individuals at WarmlyYours, Hamid and another (unfortunately I don’t recall her name) individual. Hamid followed up to make sure everything was working properly before closing the customer support ticket assigned to my inquiry. It was great customer service and we had warm floors again during while the outside temperatures were in the teens.

Replaced our Thermostat

We recently had to replace the thermostat for our WarmlyYours sunroom floor. The heated floor was installed in 2012 and this is the first problem we have had. We were pretty sure it was the thermostat when the floor went cold and after a visit from our electrician, he confirmed it was the GFI in the thermostat. The replacement thermostat arrived quickly and we had the old thermostat replaced. We are so happy to have our heated floor back in operation and so thankful for WarmlyYours! We have never been sorry for having heated floors installed in our sunroom and remodeled bathroom. It's the BEST!! We can't thank you enough!

Easy to program and big display

The nSpire Touch WiFi and Touch Thermostat are significant upgrades from the original model we had. Its larger display and user-friendly programming make it much easier to operate. Unlike the previous version, where adjusting the time of day was a struggle, this new thermostat is straightforward and efficient. Additionally, the customer service team is knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. It was a good experience.
