Great Customer Service/Well Constructed Product
I installed the TempZone Flex Roll 240V 1.5′ x 22′, 33 sq.ft. system in a small bathroom over Cerazorb and under porcelain tile. The whole process went smoothly. In particular, WarmlyYours provided a level of customer service that exceeded all expectations, including prompt response to questions, detailed system layout/design, and easily understood instructions. Now that it is colder weather, we have been using the floor warming system and it performs very well, heating the floor to the set temperature in less than 10 minutes and maintaining that temperature. The system itself is well constructed. We appreciated the backing tape. Only advice I can give installers is to plan on laying a fairly thick mortar under the tile with a sufficient notched trowel to prevent tile uneveness. The Cerazorb was easy to notch to accomodate the thermostat and splices, which are thicker than the heating mat.

Overall i am satisfied with the product and service. I have installed and it is working . Even Better if: Better guidance in the installation guide on self levelling concrete. This stage in the process gets one or two lines in the guide. Actually it was challenging and fairly expensive. I had about 400 square feet and it required about 22 50 lb sacks of concrete, three men and a day of effort to pour. I hadnt budgeted for this level of effort. The guide instructs that wires be a minimum of three inches apart but given length sent this separation was difficult to achieve and also i counted the separation units used in the cable guide in the instruction video and followed this and this was very tight and difficult to achieve separation on long cable runs

We chose this company because of their warranty. We will stay with this company for the service. The product was relatively easy to install under tile flooring. The warm floor makes the master bath feel so inviting and warms the room from the bottom up, it sits along two outside walls with two 4' x 4' windows and used to be so chilly. I will recommend this company and their products to anyone wanting to feel a bit of luxury in their home.

Love my heated floors. I live in the Northern part of the country where winter is cold. Our ceramic floors would be too cold with out them being warm by the wonderful products I get from WarmlyYours floors.

Easy to buy and install.
WarmlyYours made a recommendation based on the room dimensions, subfloor and finished flooring. It was spot on. Directions were straight forward. Materials were pretty easy to install. My room is on a slab and was always chilly in the winter. The room is now evenly comfortable.

I Researched every electric floor heating product available. I am an Electrical Contractor so I understand when someone is trying to BS me when it comes to electrical application. so after talking with many of the competitive floor heat manufacturers and suppliers I found myself over whelmed and Frustrated. Excellent Products & Customer Service
I bought both a heated towel rack and heated floor from WarmlyYours. I chose WarmlyYours over the competition because of customer service. Easy to install
I've used the rolls for heated flooring before and they worked fine. But this is the first time I used the matts and wire system. It was amazingly simple and fast to install. Being able to tile over it straight away was a huge time saver. Also, the evenness of the matt makes it so much easier to install the tile.

I contacted WarmlyYours for remodeling Kitchen and dining room in our home. Part of our "dream" kitchen was install of electric floor heating cable along with prodeso membrane and NSpire Touch Thermostats. I worked closely with Mary from WarmlyYours on the project. She was to provide a custom installation plan along with a quote of the recommended products to use on our project. Installation was straight forward and went well.
