Couldn't have asked for better service. Jennifer worked with me on my project, right from the very first quote and while a lot of things changed through the course of the project, I had excellent support all along, accommodating all the changes and providing prompt support all along. Even with returns that I had to make unfortunately, Jennifer and the team were fully understanding and prompt with the transactions. One of those rare companies that seem to value customer satisfaction more than just making money on each customer in the short run. I installed some Environ Flex rolls in our bathroom. After removing the tile and butting down 1/4 cork underlay, it was so easy to lay out the rolls. The flexibility of cutting them allowed me to use a 25"roll for three runs. All I did was watch the video on the thermostat and the install of the rolls. It saved me a ton of money. I now have a very toasty bathroom floor. I would highly reccomend the nSpire Touch thermostat. For the extra money you can customize the settings to your specific flooring material. Pauline was most helpful through the whole ordering process. She got back to me right away. I will definately repeat.

Great to Upgrade
We thoroughly enjoy our WarmlyYours bathroom floor heating system. We replaced an 11 year old WarmlyYours thermostat, side doors and buttons, that died with a new, touch screen model. Can't say enough about the new tech: intuitive, easy to use, and seemingly more efficient at controlling the floor heat. Only wish that the screen would auto-fade after 10-15 seconds. Even with the dimmer set as low as possible, electricity is being consumed, and room is light-polluted, when not needed.
John, thanks for your review. We love the nSprite Touch model as much as you do for it’s simplicity. The good news is that you can make the screen completely dark/off in a screensaver mode. Just go into Menu > User Settings > Screen Saver, choose the option “Screen off” and confirm your choice with a checkmark. This setting also minimizes energy consumption. I hope that helps! Very nice product
The heat zone cable is an easy enough product to install. I used the CeraZorb insulation as my underlayment over a concrete basement floor. The CeraZorb mats were not a consistent size (+/- 1/16 inch), leading to some mild variation in the layout, but nothing that would impact the function. Once the underlay was set, installing the spacer strips with hot glue was a cinch - though the holes needed a quick de-burr to interlock properly. The provided cable layout was accurate and straight forward to follow and went surprisingly quickly. After securing the cables to the underlay with hot glue to keep them in place, I poured floor leveler over the assembly and had my electrician back to make the final connections to the WiFi thermostats which were simple to set up. The finished floor, LVP in this case, went in as a standard installation from that point. Would certainly use this product again for similar projects.

Having installed several WarmlyYours products in the rest of the house, we used it for our basement bathroom reno. With basement floors being cold, and having limited vents, the floor heat makes the bathroom cozy. Installation was easy.
