I had to purchase a replacement for my floor thermostat. I went online, placed and paid for my order. Simple. The next day, I received a call from a WarmlyYours representative stating that she noticed that I was already in their system. Overall great experience. This is my third WarmlyYours installation (just a homeowner, not a pro) and the only blip was an apparently random change in the location of the controller made during a design change. Troy sent a correction immediately after I contacted him and everything went together fine. Haven't turned it on yet (still need to grout tiles) but I can tell from experience we're going to love it.

At first, I installed heated floors as a luxury to make my home office floating floor more comfortable. Our radiant heating was insufficient for the room, so we added the insulation under our existing floor with the heating elements. This was before knowing anything about COVID-19.With winter coming back, and confinement still active, I can’t express how happy I am to have proceeded. What seemed like a luxury now feels like amazing upgrade that provides me with a comfortable office.

I initially ordered the Environ™ Easy Mat 120V 3′ x 10′, in August 2018, for my micro-tiny home build. I knew I wanted that lovely radiant warmth in my floor. However, in May 2019, when it was finally time to lay the flooring, the 3' mat was too wide in some places. I contacted WarmlyYours to see if I they would accept a return and instead send me the Environ™ Flex Roll 120V 1.5′ x 18′. They authorized the return and sent me out the new product. The whole process was seamless and stress-free! I installed the Flex Roll under cork flooring and I can't express how pleased I am with the performance! No more cold, winter floors and the radiant heat actually warms the whole micro space! I also purchased the nHance Programmable Thermostat UDG-4999 and it is so easy to use. Excellent products; excellent customer service!
