In both cases, the phone as answered right away by someone fully knowledgeable about the product. With the defective one, they rushed out a replacement right away, not expecting us to ship the defective one back first. They also provided a UPS return label for the defective one. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service I rate with five stars.

Item Reviewed:Installed WarmlyYours Enviro Easy Mat to cover almost entire floor area (leaving about 1 foot clearance from the wall). The installation was very easy. Put cork on top of concrete slab, then the mat and then on top laminate 12mm planks. Had professional electrician install dedicated 240V feed from my panel. Went with Mysa wifi thermostat. This room is now the best room in the house. Very warm and I love sitting at my desk without shoes, very warm to the feet. I used it all month of december, setup 6am to 6pm 22C ambient and 6pm to 6am 18C ambient and according to Mysa app based on cost of electricity in BC it costed me only $18 for entire month. Incredible.
Item Reviewed:It was not easy to program as we want the heat during the night, not day. The staff tired but said they were unfamiliar with this model. Finally got it done, I think.
Thanks for your review. The thermostats do have some limitations in that the programming cannot cross over from the PM of one day and into the morning of the next day, because they are 2 separate days. If a program is meant to run from 10pm till 6am the following morning, 4 events will have to be used. The first 2 events would be programmed to ON at 12AM and off at 6AM, and the second event to be programmed ON at 10PM, and OFF at 11:45PM. I hope this clarifies how to achieve an overnight schedule.
It's a nice option to be able to install heat under a floating floor in a basement and it was a very easy install. Troy was very helpful and knowledgeable and he answered all my questions before my purchase to ensure it was installed correctly with the proper materials.
Item Reviewed:Accessing our floor heater settings via an iPhone is nice, but not necessarily needed. However, having access to the kWh usage is invaluable. Just making a small change in temperature and heating time intervals has significantly reduced our electrical usage for heating our floors. Once you've experienced heated tile flooring it's hard to go back to cold floors.
We ordered a replacement thermostat that actually got lost in the US mail. We contacted WarmlyYours about non-receipt and they immediately sent a replacement via a ground shipper. It has been installed and works great.
